About: Hi! My name is Michellee and I am a 4th grade teacher in the Houston Heights! Growing up I was always surrounded by cats and dogs but I mostly grew up caring for dogs. When l lived at my in laws I helped care for two puppers Luna, our energetic and super lovey dovey chihuahua and Misu (a rescue), the independent and energetic terrier mix. Through my experience with our pups and as a current teacher of super active children I am an energetic, observant, and patient person. I love to go for runs and walks so no matter how active the pup, they'll love taking a stroll in the park with me. “I booked Tania O for a 30‑minute walk for my 4‑year‑old, 27 lb. cocker spaniel–poodle mix, and she was fantastic from start to finish. This was his first walk with anyone outside of me and my daughter since we adopted him as a rescue, so I was a bit nervous, but her communication quickly put me at ease. Tania was very responsive over text before, during, and after the walk, and sent multiple photos and videos so I could see how he was doing. She also provided the updates I requested on his temperament and behavior, which really helped me see that he was comfortable with a new person. After the walk, she noted that he went straight to his water bowl and seemed a bit hot, which I really appreciated because it helped me keep an eye on his hydration and overall well‑being. It’s clear she pays attention to details and truly cares about her dogs’ safety and comfort. I am able to provide as much communication throughout your pets stay about their behavior, eating habits, and any changes I may notice to ensure their needs are met. I am available for early morning walks and meals, to playtime and timely medication (if needed). About me: I grew up with animals since I was a child and know the ins and outs of the needs and wants of every dog and cat. I have a dog of my own named Buttercup, Ive had her since she was a puppy. Not only that, i also have experience caring for a litter of puppies, rescued stray kittens and nursed them back to health until I found them a new home! I worked previously in a doggy daycare as a manager at a small business. I have knowledge of understanding a pet's body language, how to handle animals, recognizing bad behavior and approaching them with care. I can easily follow detailed routine, have experience with grooming, gland expressions, and no problem with cleaning up after them. I have one small fur baby who would get along with other people's dog. She would love to play and keep your fur baby company. However they do need to be gentle and friendly since she's small and a little shy, but she'll warm up eventually. I can do drop ins to check in on the pets or dog sit and make sure they have food and water and take them on walks and do play time or snuggle! And I'll throw in a bonus to pick up any messes left behind and help tidy up the house a little bit upon the request of the owner!

About: My focus has been on pet sitting and house sitting for the last 5 years. I've had a passion for animals since I was very young and started caring for pets at an early age and that passion has grown over the years, becoming my full time mission. I have experience caring for dogs, cats and birds. I’ve cared for very young and active dogs as well as older, calmer dogs and cats as old as 18 years old. About: I always make sure to go by the rules & routine of the owners when it comes to feedings, walks, medications, etc. If I have any questions or concerns, I contact them directly. I have taken care of many dogs & cats ranging from a variety of my friends/family members and a few neighbors. My favorite part is cuddling and/or playing with them because that just brings me joy. My job is pretty flexible, so I’ll be able to take a dog on a walk or feed any dogs or cats mid day. In my home, my cat has an area of his food & water as well as a separate area for his litter box. His sleeping area varies because he’s our spoiled boy. I make sure that if the pet makes any kind of mess that I clean it up right away with any cleaning supplies that are available and wash laundry if needed.

About: We only accept 2 clients per day max Since we have two young ones at home, we have the following requirements: Virtual Meet & Greet is required for all new clients Up to date on all vaccinations with proof Not aggressive and no bite history Does not chew or swallow toys Small breeds under 15 lbs Adult age, 2+ years old Hypoallergenic, does not shed Groomed, well-taken care of Neutered/spayed Crate & potty trained Limited to oral medications During the weekday, we are home throughout the day. On weekends, we are usually gone for only a couple hours and are usually home by 9 PM at the latest. We do not allow pets in our care outside the boundaries of our home. They are only allowed inside and in our backyard. We have a very spacious house, your furbaby will have plenty of space to make their own. The common area is all wood tile, and it is vacuumed daily. We have a large backyard that is maintained regularly, there is plenty of space to run around.

About: I love hanging out with dogs, it’s relaxing for me and I just love them, that’s why I’m doing Rover in the first place! The extra money helps but what’s really important to me is the well being for your loved one. I feel like I can understand dogs on a deep level and I can teach them good dog manners. I have always loved all kinds of animals since I was a kid, they’re just so funny and sweet! I feel like I can be myself around animals more than people sometimes. Sometimes I wonder if I’m a dog in a human body haha. Anyway I can guarantee you won’t regret it if you give me a chance to hang out with your buddy!
