My name is Erika and while I’ve never been in professional pet care, I’ve spent my whole life surrounded by animals - such as dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors. I make my own schedule and can fit morning or midday walks 3 times a week. And daily, I can allocate my afternoons to pet walking. My weekends are completely free and will be focusing on taking new clients all day. I live in a 1-story house with a large backyard. If pet sitting is necessary, your dog will have a place to stay in the living room and a large backyard to play in. The area where I live is safe and my house has camera around the premise that allows me to monitor them if they want to spend more time outside sun bathing. I also have a camera inside for when I need to step out and run an errand, they will also be monitored. My house is also 5 min away from a park that loops a .5 mile walk therefore they’ll be guaranteed a good walk.

About: I’ve taken care and nurtured dogs for a decade. I have became knowledgeable in animal behavior and will accommodate the environment to their needs. I will prioritize them 100% when they are in my care. I can dog walk in the mornings and evenings on weekdays. :) Im working from home so i will have plenty of time to be attentive to your cat/dog needs. I love playing with cats and dogs making sure their enrichment is met. I have availability morning and evenings on weekdays. If needed to board I can keep your pet in a separated area. As well have a fenced yard so there is no guarantee that they’ll run away.

Pet care fits into my routine from Tuesday through Wednesday after 12 PM by including scheduled feedings, walks, grooming, playtime, and attention to hygiene and bonding. I care for pets by ensuring they are fed on schedule, walked regularly, given playtime, grooming, and plenty of affection. I maintain clean, safe environments.

About: I grew up with dogs of all sizes from chihuahuas to pitbulls to Great Danes. My father is an owner of 4 cats which I also have experience taking care of. One of his former cats was disabled with feline AIDS so I also have experience handling and administering oral medication. I’ve even worked in an emergency vet hospital as a scribe and know how to identify signs of illness and where to take them should something go wrong (knock on wood). My whole life I have been a lover of all animals and I do my best to stay educated on animal safety and body language. I mainly take freelance jobs so I can take jobs any time between the hours of 11am and 10pm with some exceptions if necessary for overnight bookings. I do not take in pets in my own home as I live in an apartment and other dogs and owners can be unpredictable. I can take your dog on walks, feed them, and cuddle or play with them or let them rest in their own space! Let me know their quirks and I will work with them as best I can!

About: I’ve always had dogs ever since I was young. With all my siblings dogs, we have 9 in the family and they typically call me for walks or dog sitting. We have dogs ranging from Maltese to Rot/boxer mix. I work from home and outside my front door is a small park but have surrounding parks around the neighborhood close by. With my dog, I took work breaks as walks. It’s Texas so my assumptions the pets are inside, I have a small fence yard but access to a park in front of my house.

About: Hi there! I've grown up with dogs since I was 7 years old and currently have my own Dobermann along with my family's senior Maltese mix and senior Poodle mix at my family's home. If I could foster or adopt more, I would! However, I would love to extend my availability to help folx who need a bit of a helping hand to care for their furry ones. My Dobermann has been through several training courses, so I often introduce basics to dogs I meet, including my friends' furbabies. I also help with my friend's Husky when they're busy, so I'm used to caring for dogs of any size and know the importance of following any regiment you have in place for them! For a more wagging tailored experience of care for your pets, I would love to connect-- more than happy to do an initial meet to ensure your pup feels safe. I'm currently in between jobs and work in an industry that operates on remote work. Therefore, I can work from anywhere to take a break to stop by and even go on a walk. I'm also fond of going to different coffee shops throughout Houston and can take your pup along if you would like for them to be out and about every once in a while. I bounce back and forth between the Galleria area and Humble/Northeast Houston, so I'm open to clients all over Greater Houston. I can easily crate your pup if need be and have been to several dog parks (if you're okay with them). I've worked on being able to identify body language between dogs to determine whether they are getting to know each other or if we need to separate from others right away. Routines are also great, and I am more than happy to follow any regiments pet parents have for their dog(s)-- including integrating training throughout everyday (not just training sessions), meal times, walk/potty times, or even designated play times.

About: I've been taking care of pets ever since I was a kid. I grew up with both cats and dogs and my parent always had us clean up after them feed them and walk them as needed.. I'm currently working in the gig economy as I build up my own business so never really going to have a difficult time meeting my clients needs My primary focus will be on the pets needs Keeping an eye on them much like you would an 8 year old. Situational awareness is Paramount when walking your dogs making sure you're not crossing any major roads or going into any traffic instead going to parks and things of that nature.

About: Hello my name is Camila or cami I would like to share a bit of my experience with the animals I have/had taken care of throughout my years of living. Starting off strong I have only ever rescued/homed/adopted all of my animals including smaller critters such as rodents, birds, frogs, and reptiles. I also have experience in walking dogs for families and friends this being dogs that are big as a Labrador and small as a Yorkie. My first interaction with rescuing an animal was when I was 5 with my first dog Bouncie. She was a poodle/shnauzer mix and we found her in an abandoned apartment’s back patio that was locked. Seeing her limped right leg we immediately took her to a clinic and we neutered, chipped, bathed, and took her to get her vaccines as well as getting her medicated. She lived for a very long 14 years and unfortunately had to be put down after two failing attempts of removing a tumor in her stomach that was the size of a tennis ball. Though heartbreaking it made me understand and motivated my care for animals not just dogs but also any defenseless critter. Present time I now have two dogs, Corey who just turned 5 this year and Joy who will be turning 14 and two cats, Gert who is a 1 year and Mila who also turned 5 this year. Overall I take the care and love for animals very seriously as they are just like children they need attention and plenty of love as well as care. I hope to be considered as someone who can be trusted with their babies when and if needed! I am always on my feet with our animals even with my husband. I make sure to walk our dogs for at least 30-45 minutes twice to three times in the day depending on what our schedule is looking like. Feeding proper amounts of food and following diet restrictions since one of our pups is having tummy troubles and is taking medication. This is an everyday routine that both me and my husband do and enjoy doing. When going into a clients home and needing to feed, walk, or simply play I make sure to follow instructions without disrupting the actual house of the individual. Respecting the place is the main key and making sure to not invade but also communicating with the client. There can definitely be moments where something might be confusing so becoming approachable is important to establish proper care for the clients pets. As for the care I provide for my pets it’s the same minus being in someone else’s home. The type of care and respect I give to my animals in my home is the exact same care and respect I would want anyone I am not close with to give to my home and pets.This means maintaining and cleaning the main areas where they play, eat, sleep, and do their business.
