We did a meet & greet at the park a couple of days before the trip because Wasabi (Boston Terrier) sometimes doesn't play well with other dogs, but it worked out great and Andrea treated them just like I do when I'm home. Mixie was great. She sent pics and videos, kept me in the loop of everything. My dog was living his best life with her and it made me feel happy to know he was in good hands while I was on vacation. Im sure Benji would say the same if he could lol… I’m definitely booking her again!
Lily was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. She kept us updated throughout our dog’s stay, regularly sending us pictures and letting us know how he was doing. We especially appreciated that she kept us in the loop whenever he met new dogs during his stay. She also sent us pictures from his walks, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away. Her yard was perfect for him to run around, play, and burn off some energy. It was clear that Lily genuinely cared about making sure he was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. Beatriz was amazing! It was my first time not having a family or friend watch my 2 babies so I was a very anxious fur mama. She was extremely patient and understanding from the start with my numerous questions and specifics needed for them. She sent daily photos and was quick to respond. It was clear that my babies were in hands of a caretaker who truly cares. We will definitely be a repeat customer of hers when it is needed.

Mariam took such great care of Margo while we were out on a trip. She sent pictures and videos to make sure we were updated the whole time! Nicole was absolutely AMAZING with our babies, Ren and Enzo. She sent lots of updates and pictures throughout our pups stay at her place. Ren warmed up to Nicole so quickly and looked so cozy in every single picture. Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Alief home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Alief.

You and your Alief sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
