She picked up all my dogs and coming back my flight got delayed twice and arrived later than expected , she was very patient and nice enough to keep the dogs until the morning!! Sandra and her husband are very nice and lovely. They took care of my dog far beyond I could have imagined. It truly felt like my dog found his second home with them. They constantly sent me photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for. You can really tell how much love and attention they give to the dogs they watch. I will absolutely be coming back again next time. Highly recommend!
Lily is the best! I always used to keep my dog with family members but I Lily did an even better job! This was my first time using Rover for boarding and I was super nervous especially traveling out of the continent. My dog is reactive and can be a handful. Jennifer was wonderful all-around. We know she took care of our dog, Bentley, because he was his usual happy self when he stayed with her and when we picked him up. We were updated on Bentley throughout the day with multiple pictures and text - and we really appreciated this!
