I am new to this state and have never left my pups with anyone I don’t know, so this was a hard process for me mentally and emotionally considering 1 of my pups has dealt with some pretty bad trauma. Beatriz made this the best process which became the least of my worries, she sent consistent picture/video updates which I was very happy with and pleased to see my babies were happy and enjoying themselves. Sydney was amazing! Our dog was very comfortable there from the get go and had a great time playing with both her dogs Reggie and Finn. She was very responsive and sent many pics and videos. I would highly recommend Sydney for your furry friends! We will for sure use her again!
Hannah is amazing! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about Simba as if he were her own. Simba came back happy, relaxed, and well cared for—it was obvious he was in great hands the entire time. One of the things we appreciated most was the daily updates and photos. Amazing stay, Li and his family were incredible with keeping me up to date and were awesome with making sure to provide pics and videos, this is the first sitter i have had where my pup didn't come back anxious & I ended up having car trouble and Li even brought my pup home to me .
