I am new to this state and have never left my pups with anyone I don’t know, so this was a hard process for me mentally and emotionally considering 1 of my pups has dealt with some pretty bad trauma. Beatriz made this the best process which became the least of my worries, she sent consistent picture/video updates which I was very happy with and pleased to see my babies were happy and enjoying themselves. “I was worried about leaving my 10wk ofd puppy with anyone for the first time, especially knowing there were other big dogs in the house, when he'd never really met any dogs before. BUT, to my VERY pleasant surprise, it proved to be one of the BEST days my baby ever had, as realized from the video sent to me while he was there. My pup ended up taking over the place; literally running around, jumping on, and over the big dogs who were sweet enough to tolerate his energetic l'il self? 🤐🤣 It was hilarious, and immediately put me at ease! Mr Chang was even kind enough to take him as a last minute booking as I knew no one, but trusted Rover from the past! When Sasha saw him again we immediately knew that she missed him as she spun in circles of excitement and gave many wiggles. ❤️🐾 Knowing Sasha was in such loving, attentive hands gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Briana was really sweet! I'm so happy I booked with her to watch my corgi Ein. She was really great with making sure he stayed on schedule and gave me updates on how he was doing. My dog has separation anxiety, so I always get nervous leaving him with a sitter, but Briana did such a good job. I will definitely rebook when I have another event in Texas.
