She was patient with her while she acclimated to the environment and sent lots of photos and videos of her over the course of my trip to let me know she was safe and cared for. I really appreciate the attention and care given to my sweet, shy girl. Clemmy was able to open up and get completely comfortable with Monika.
Ana was absolutely amazing with my dog! I was so nervous since it was my first time leaving my dog (Zoey) with someone else, but Ana went above and beyond. She kept me updated the entire time with pictures and video updates, and Zoey looked so happy, loved, and well cared for. Andrea took care of our 14-month-old puppy, Soleil (Sol), for two weeks while we were overseas. This was the longest we had ever been away from Sol, so we were understandably anxious about it. However, Andrea kept us constantly updated on Sol’s status with pictures and videos. She promptly responded to any inquiries we had for additional information. Throughout the two weeks, Andrea reassured us, making us comfortable leaving Sol in her care. When we picked up Sol, we confirmed that he had been comfortable with her.
