About: I have been looking after dogs and cats for more than fifteen years and love all animals! My church family and neighbors often ask me to housesit for them because I am reliable and go above and beyond for their pets. I have extensive experience with all different dog and cat breeds and sizes, both old and young. I have experience with animals with special needs, like diabetes or anxiety medication. I keep your pets in their routine to minimize any distress and keep you updated about what we are up to. I’m a writer who works remotely. Because of this, I have a very flexible schedule and can keep your pet’s usual routine going while you’re away. Whether that’s walks, overnights, or hanging out with them during the day, I here to make your life easier knowing your pets are safe and looked after. I always follow pet parents’ instructions exactly when it comes to a pet’s routine and safety needs, as well as making sure your home remains secure and your pet has a great time.

“Just can’t say enough good things about Jamie. She’s been a godsend with our elderly dog Annie. Gentle, compassionate caregiver AND gives lots of exercise and attention to our more active dog Bella. They both love having Jamie come feed and play with them. We know they’re so much happier at home than at a kennel.”

I am looking forward making your time away easier for you both! I love animals. This should be a grand time! In the morning and evening it will be feed and play time. I will spend time petting and talking to your pet and send you pics and updates, daily or more..
“Gina did a great taking care of our dog while we went on a college tour! They played, walked and relaxed after the time in the sun! He had a great time and was so comfortable with Gina that he rolled over for lots of belly rubs! Thanks Gina!”

“Jaci was amazing! So sweet to talk with and very attentive with any requests. It was my first time leaving my boy at home for an extended time and I felt confident leaving him in her hands. All of the photos and videos sent back were so cute and was a highlight every day to see<3”

“Felicia was amazing with my 2 big dogs! She was available for a last minute booking when my sitter plans fell through. She was so sweet and sent picture updates, even got my pups some treats. I felt at ease knowing they were well taken care of. I would definitely book with her again!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life! We had a family dog when I was growing up and I would house/ pet sit for my neighbors when they would go out of town. I currently have three fur babies. A 2 year old Cane Corso/ Stafford Terrier named Moose, a 2 year old pit bull mix named Oakley and a cat named Romeo! Having three animals under one roof has been quite the experience but I’ve loved every moment of the chaos. Since I currently work from home full time I’m available Monday- Sunday most weeks and my schedule is pretty flexible. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. Working from home allows me to keep a close eye on your baby and adhere to whatever potty break or play schedule you have set.

One of our dogs is super scared of everyone and she did great with Leah! I will definitely hire again without hesitation.”

“I have never had anyone watch my two girls besides family before, so I was extremely hesitant and nervous about having anyone else watch them. Karen was great! We met before I completed the booking, and she got to meet the girls. Karen helped ease my nerves with her communication for during and after the visits. I am very happy with the service she provided. I would highly recommend Karen if you are looking for someone to care for your fur babies. Karen, thank you again! I was able to enjoy my time away without having to worry about my babies.”

“Lily was pleasant and thorough at the meet and greet. She took notes and asked questions to ensure that all would go smoothly while we were away. She also spent quality time with our cat, Mocha (aside from feeding and scooping litter box). She followed instructions well and I didn’t have to worry while I was away (overseas). I can tell that Lily takes pride in her work and is trustworthy. I’m happy I found her and will definitely book with her again! Would recommend her to anyone with a dog or a cat. Very catified customer! ??”

About: I’ve taken care of many pets since I was young! Dogs, cats, fish, & rabbits. You name it! With a family that traveled a lot they relied on me heavily to take care of our fur friends while they were gone. I first started Rover in San Diego and now I’m here in Houston! I’m a dog mom myself to my German Shepard named Rocky who is 5 now! While being in San Diego I had the privilege of working at a Top Rated Dog Daycare for almost 5 years before making my move to Texas! While working there I was able to expand my knowledge deeper on dog behaviors and dog handling. With of course knowledge on feedings, medication administration, dog walking, bathing, etc! I currently have my own business where I work from home on my phone which gives me the ability to be very flexible! My only obligation is I go to Church on Sundays! I’m currently accepting dog sitting in my own home now that I live in an apartment again! I also can dog sit in homes, but acceptance may vary depending on if I can arrange someone to watch my dog or if bringing my dog to your home is allowed! Aside from that, I will abide by whatever rules and schedules owners have set out for their furry pets!
About: I am well versed with small and large dogs breeds. I am able to walk and feed your pets when needs or keep a food and potty schedule. I have past history with friends, family and neighbors who have relied on me to ensure their family pets and home are kept safe Available at or after 4 pm for pet sitting needs and daily walks. Can walk as long as needed or take them to a dog park. As long as you have direct areas for me to know where your pets is allowed, I can keep your pet and house safe while you are gone.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Katy
We were so lucky to have found Marisol as a back up to our other Rover sitter. We have used her twice and have her scheduled for two more visits. She read and followed the instructions in our dogs profile and even brought in a package for us! Our dog was happy when I arrived home from work!

This was our first time using Rover in years, and Bailey made the whole experience seamless. She was so kind, attentive, and communicative — keeping us updated quickly and often. We loved all the photos and updates she sent, which really put us at ease while we were away. Our pups absolutely adored her, and she followed every instruction with care. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter experience! Thank you, Bailey! 😊

Anaya was great to work with. Very happy with picking her for my one pup while I was gone. Faith was very well taken care of, I was kept up to date and she worked with my schedule with zero complaints. From all the pictures its easy to tell faith was extremely happy with her car taker and I %100 reccomend for anyone needing a reassuring/attentive sitter.
