About: I have been a dogsitter for the past 6 years, and I am an absolute dog lover. I am a part-time student with a very flexible schedule, so I have lots of free time to care of your dogs! I grew up with a dog, but I don't have the opportunity to have my own dog in college, so I love dogsitting while I can. I have experience caring for dogs from all walks of life including puppies and older dogs. I am very active and usually walk/jog 3-4 miles every day, so I would love to keep your pup active if they enjoy walks. If your dog is not as energetic, I can provide a comfy environment at home with lots of cuddles and love. I can follow any special instructions your dog may need (PT, extra walks, medications), so please let me know and I can cater to your dogs needs and make your dog feel as comfortable as possible. I love dogs of any size and breed :) I am currently a part-time student, so I have plenty of time to care for your dog(s)! I am available full time on weekends and most of the day/all night during weekdays. I have experience caring for dogs ranging from puppies needing potty training and crate training, to older dogs. I can accommodate to your dog's needs and keep them on their regular routine while you're away.

During my free time and weekends I can care for your pet. I am attentive. I can crate, feed, walk, and occupy your pet as needed. My own dog gets play time daily, fed once a day and plenty of outside time!
“Jeanette is so warm with my dogs and adapts to each of their personalities. She’s very patient with my shy girl and playful and loving with my dogs that are ready for a new friend. Jeanette made going back to work much less stressful”

“Allison dropped in on Kobe for multiple days while I was commuting in and out of town for a work event. She responded quickly and was flexible. She followed directions and gave great updates and photos during the check-ins. We would definitely use her again in the future!”

About: I've been around dogs my entire life and love them with every bit of my being. I believe it is important that a dog is frequently given love and exercise. I've been walking and caring for my family's dogs for as long I can remember. Through this my love for dogs has grown to a colossal level. Currently I am unemployed and enrolled in online college classes pursuing my associates degree. My schedule is very flexible, and I am always willing to make adjustments for clients as I understand things happen that are uncontrollable. From a young age I was always taught the importance of pet safety and Petcare. It is very important that dogs are groomed, bathed, and fed well. I walk my parents silver lab daily and make sure they follow they're eating schedule. When I'm with my client's dogs I precede with caution and love. I follow any instructions given to a tee and treat it as if it was my own dog. I also give a lot of belly rubs!
About: I’ve taken care of animals in a professional manner for almost 2 years but I’ve been caring for pets my entire life. There wasn’t a time we didn’t have someone to love in our home growing up and I always took on the responsibilities of caring for them. Professionally, I began working at a boarding facility and doggy daycare in 2021. I absolutely adored my job and only left to grow my family in 2023. I have experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have experience in administering medication to both cats and dogs including insulin injections and seizure medication. I understand the importance of keeping your pets on their schedule and creating the least amount of stress for them when their favorite people aren’t around. I can and will love your pets like my own. I am a stay at home mom with a sitter on standby almost always. I’m hoping to start with weekday visits and walking until I find a more suitable place for overnight boarding and weekend arrangements. I currently don’t feel comfortable bringing someone else’s pet into our home for their comfort and safety, strictly due to not having a fenced in backyard and being in a place they could get into things they shouldn’t. Once we remedy these issues I would be happy to host your pup in our home. We have a 9 year old chocolate lab that adores playing and still has lots of energy despite her age. I’m more than happy to explore the option of caring for your pet in your own home. I don’t have issues handling crates, training collars, or any other tools you may need me to use when caring for your pet. I’m always happy to provide the care you require for your best furry friend.
“Patme took great care of my two cats. She provided daily updates, including pictures, and engaged with both of them. I appreciate her attention to detail with the instructions I provided as well. I would book with Patme again and recommend her to others.”

“Such a sweetheart! My babies were fed and played with outside! Amy even sent me pictures while my pups were eating and playing! Thank you so much for the great drop in! looking forward to having you again!”

About: Hi! I’m Shemicka, and I (and my husband) provide loving, structured care for dogs in a safe, clean, calm home environment. My goal is to make your pup feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home while you’re away. 🐾 We are a dog loving/friendly household and treat every dog like family, while still maintaining a peaceful and well managed environment for everyone, including our own pup, Baylee. We specialize in boarding and occasional daycare and truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality, routine, and needs. Whether your dog loves to play or prefers to relax, we do our best to match their energy and keep them comfortable. At this time, I offer limited daycare on a non-recurring basis, which allows me to give each dog the attention they deserve without overbooking. I look forward to caring for your fur baby and giving you peace of mind while you’re away! 🤍 **Please Note: Our rates reflect the level of care, attention, cleanliness and safety we provide for each dog** I work from home daily so it allows me the flexibility to give your pup the love and attention they need, when they need it. I have a designated office where my dog comes and keeps me company during the day, so yours are welcome to do the same. We have a good sized fenced in backyard for them to play in with plenty of toys. Our neighborhood also has great parks and trails for walking. I keep a very clean home which will allow your pet to feel comfortable and at ease. Being that we also have a dog, they will have a very sweet playmate in miss Baylee who is 3 years old months old. We give lots of love and treats :)
“Sierra is punctual with her drop in visits. She is patient with our puppy who is still learning to not jump on people and to not attack the food bowl as soon as it’s filled with food.”

“Jocelyn is amazing!!!!!! I chose her the first time using this app and the first time hiring a dog sitter other than family and I could not have asked for a better dog sitter! With our three-year-old bulldog and new two-month-old puppy I was worried about trusting someone to come in and care and love for them. Jocelyn not only treated them like her own she also gave me minute by minute updates of how the check in was going and took absolutely beautiful and professional pictures of both of my dogs that I’m going to frame!! Jocelyn was right on time to every check in and did everything I requested! We cannot wait to rebook with her again and again! Thank you so much, Jocelyn!”

About: I’m new to professional pet care, but I’ve spent the past two years caring for my own two cats, which taught me patience, consistency, and how to understand shy or sensitive pets. I’m naturally calm and nurturing, and I take my time to help animals feel safe and comfortable. I’m reliable, gentle, and always focused on making sure each pet feels cared for and respected in their own way. I’m available every Sunday all day and every other Saturday and Wednesday all day. On all other weekdays, I’m available after 6 PM. This schedule works great for evening walks, drop-ins, weekend care, and flexible visits for both dogs and cats. When I visit your home, I focus on helping your pet feel safe, calm, and comfortable. I follow your routine exactly: feeding, litter or potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you share. I move slowly with shy or nervous pets so they can warm up at their own pace. I always make sure water is fresh, the space is tidy, and your pet gets gentle attention before I leave. My goal is to keep their environment peaceful and familiar so they feel secure while you’re away.
About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Family members and friends regularly trust me to watch their dogs because they know they’ll be safe, happy, and well cared for. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing with them, feeding them, and making sure they receive plenty of love and attention. I understand that every dog has a unique personality, so I take the time to earn their trust and care for them according to their individual needs. Whether your dog is playful, shy, energetic, or older and needs a gentler approach, I’ll treat them with the same patience, kindness, and love that I would my own pets. I currently have a very flexible schedule and full availability, which allows me to dedicate my time and attention to the pets in my care. Whether you need daytime visits, evening care, weekends, holidays, or last-minute bookings, I’m happy to accommodate whenever possible. I’ll always make sure your pet receives the attention, exercise, companionship, and care they deserve. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medication, playtime, and any special requests. Every pet has different needs and personalities, so I adapt my care to make them feel safe and comfortable. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, I’ll treat them with patience, kindness, and respect while keeping you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
“When I needed a dog sitter on short notice, Kellie was prompt and punctual. She went above and beyond taking care of Sami and giving regular updates on how she was doing. I would be very comfortable having Kellie take care of our dog any time the need arises. Excellent dog sitter.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Wallis with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
