“Jessica was amazing with our babies while we were away! She was reliable, attentive, and gave us great updates with each check-in! It was clear our dogs were happy and well cared for, which gave us peace of mind during our trip. We’d definitely book with her again—highly recommend!”

“Cheyenne is absolutely wonderful! Another sitter I had found, bailed last second and Cheyenne swooped in and saved the day! She is absolutely punctual, adaptable and an animal lover. She worked with me and all my constant texts and never left me hanging if I needed something. I’m new to the area and knew nobody, but she’s definitely become my new official sitter! You’ll only wanna book with her if you want the best 😊”

“Anumeha was wonderful at keeping us communicated about our dogs well being while we were away. She kept them great company and made one of my dogs, who is usually anxious, feel okay about our absence. Will use her again in the future!”

“Thank you so much! Mercedes, I could not be anymore pleased ! This was my first experience using Rover and you represented it well! Roscoe looks forward to the next time😊”

“I’m so thankful for Amy and Oliver. As someone who travels frequently for work, it’s very comforting to know I have people I can trust with my fur babies. They are great!”

About: I have been taking care of pets personally and professionally for 11 years now. I have experience with pets that need medication, and I have completed multiple types of dog training sessions. I take pride in treating your fur baby as if they were my own. I am available on weekends for all types of pet services. If my services are needed on weekdays during the academic school year, please contact me as my weekday availability fluctuates. I am dedicated to respecting your fur baby and home during my pet services. They will be treated as if they were my own pet.
About: I have had pets since I was a little girl. Friends and family have always trusted me to care for, walk, feed, and play with their pets. My parents recently got a puppy that they trust to leave in my care too! I am a college student at UNT home for the summer, so I my schedule is very open at the moment. I can be as flexible as you need! I will responsibly care for your pet with lots of affection and I will make sure to reward pets for being a good boy or girl!
“The best sitter for your best ever! Super great with all the details and go above and beyond each visit!! I was so relieved during my trip having her as my sitter!! Wish I could rate more than 5!!!”

About: Certified Veterinary Assistant with volunteer veterinary clinic experience. I am currently working at a dog boarding facility, providing attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable care for pets My schedule is flexible, and I’m available throughout the day. I can typically visit 2–3 times daily for walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship, but not overnight stays. I can provide attentive, compassionate care by following routines, ensuring fresh food and water, administering medications if needed, exercising pets, and giving plenty of affection.
About: I had 6 dogs and 4 cats altogether. I am a dog-cat person and an animal lover since I had my first puppy in 1995. I have all kinds of experience in last 26 years. I love them as my children and I care for them a lot. I would like staying at night and morning too instead of going home and coming back at noon. So staying night and extended stay instead of drop in visit midday. I may go out for 4-5 hours & come back. Continuous stay is best for me (and also for pets) when I will read my books for myself or watch tv or use net. I understand how pets are feelng, if they need anything or if they are uncomfortable for any reason/s. Your dogs/cats would feel very comfortable with me like this is a person they already knew. I am aware of their need to go outside as I take mine to backyard often. I play with them often so they don't feel bored without u. I will also soothe them & talk to them because they will feel your absence. I will put alarms if they need medicine. I can water your houseplants & get mail. If your pet feels comfortable I can sleep with them at night or near them. I will send pics often of your pets & text u about how they are doing during my visit. U will feel good knowing someone is with them taking very good care & giving costant company. I am a stay home person or a homemaker. I have all the time in the world. My husband goes office Mondays, othe days work from home & can take care of our own pets. Mostly I am free all time unless I myself have an appointment or go to vacation. I can stay longer at your place & we can talk about it in detail while we meet. I can only sit dogs in a house with fenced backyard and not in apartments. However for cats this does not apply. Thank you all. I am a full time dogsitter. I stay in your house and give your pets full time company day and night, only take 5-6 hours a day to visit my home. I do not care for your pets in my home, I care for them in your or your pets' home where they feel most comfortable.
About: I am currently a teacher looking for some extra income on weekends and in the summer. My availability is open every weekend, before and after school on weekdays, and completely open in the summer. I grew up having dogs of all sizes. I own two cats and a pit bull/lab mix. My family has a 95 pound American Coonhound mix named Brisket. We just got a new puppy named Teddy! He’s a lab/pitbull mix. My sister who I petsit for frequently has an extremely fuzzy and energetic golden doodle named Izzy. I've been surrounded by dogs since I was born! Taking care of them is second nature to me. My sister was a vet tech for about 8 years so we know our animals are taken care of and I know everything I need to know about proper care for animals, especially dogs. I also have experience working with professional dog trainers. I have been listed as a pet sitter and a babysitter in my neighborhood's newsletter since I was 16. I have experience doing drop in visits, dog walking, house sitting, and even babysitting for families who have dogs! I do have repeat customers that I still keep in touch with today. Animals I have experience caring for include dogs, cats, bearded dragons, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, livestock, fish, frogs, and turtles. I work as a special ed teacher, so my availability is before and after school care and weekends. I will be available throughout the holidays. I have a crate trained 5 year old dog, and a crate trained one year old boxer mix. I also have 2 cats who mind their business and even have their own room with a gate to block the dogs. I have a large backyard suitable for zoomies!

About: I trained both of my dogs when I was 12 years old. I do daily basic care for the both of them. I also currently work at a pet boarding place, I have worked there for about a year and a half now! I clean up after dogs there, as well as, feed, play, and cuddle with dogs of all ages and breeds all day long! I’m a college student currently working part-time, so I have pretty much all day to care and play with your furry family members! I am available on both weekends and holidays. I am flexible to work early in the mornings as well as later into the night! I can easily crate your dogs if need be and get them outside to get some exercise in! I love going on walks and definitely don’t mind have a dog as company! I absolutely love cuddling with pups and love being active outside with them!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cypress
We had a great experience with Caitlin! She took excellent care of our two dogs while we were away. She was reliable, communicative, and made sure both dogs were happy, well cared for, and comfortable. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our pets were in such good hands. We would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.
Thanks to a last minute booking Samantha accepted we were able to enjoy our trip away. She is very professional and accommodating. Sent photos and detailed updates about our dog Maisy. I was at peace knowing Maisy was cared for by such a nice person. We’re so happy to have found her! I would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs. Thank you Samantha ❤️

Cheryl was an amazing pet sitter. She went above and beyond to ensure our Dog and Cats were taken care of and loved. She regularly updated us and sent us photos so we could enjoy our vacation with peace of mind. Than you Cheryl, for doing what you do, and with as much care as you do!
Kahea was absolutely amazing!! She was so easy to work with and is such a kind, caring person. We knew immediately that our dog would be in the best hands and we were right! Normally our dog Lola is very moody and doesn’t eat for the first day or two when we are out of town and that didn’t happen with Kahea! Clearly Lola was very happy and comfortable and that means the world to us. ☺️ Kahea was communicative, attentive, and really went above and beyond our expectations. We highly, highly recommend Kahea to anyone who needs pet care!

Daniela was punctual, very informative and I could tell Jackson was cared for at the most elite level. By the end of the stay I concluded that I didn’t leave Jackson with just any sitter. I left him with an extension of furever family. She’s absolutely the best. I would recommend her 1,000 times over. She even left a birthday treat for Jackson. Thank you so much Daniela!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Cypress with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
