About: I have taken care of dogs all my life. I’ve always had a dog, right now we have two. I’ve been housesitting for 4+ years & I dog-sat all throughout high school. This is currently my only job, so my calendar is very open! I do house-sit outside of Rover, but I keep my calendar up to date! I will follow the instructions given to me, & treat each animal as if they were my own. Gaining trust with animals is important to a good petsitter.
“We are so grateful for you Emily! Emily took care of our senior dogs while we went on vacation. We left them home so they wouldn't be stressed and Emily's visit photos and check ins really put us at ease. She's amazing with animals! Our scaredy cat dog doesn't approach anyone and ran right up to Emily with her tail wagging. Emily is very kind and calm and our dogs were completely at ease with her.”

“Meg was fantastic with our dogs! She was very mindful of checking on them and seeing how hot it was outside to make they were getting overheated. Also got so many good pictures on my pets from her visits, will definitely be booking with her the next time I need a pet sitter.”

“Maria did a fantastic job with our senior cat. He isn't most cooperative with medication but she made sure he got all his pills morning and evening. She sent pictures, videos, and updates with each visit and spent extra time with our cat. Would recommend Maria!”

“Lori is the greatest pet sitter to ever exist. She goes above and beyond to take care of your pets and will make sure they are happy, entertained, and loved. Not a single visit wasn’t amazing.”

About: I have grown up around dogs of all kinds and sizes. My two childhood pets were a Labrador mix and a scottish terrier. Now i help out with my siblings more energetic breeds including a german shepherd mix and an australian shepherd. I even have my own fur baby, who is a sweet ragdoll cat. I’m comfortable around all breeds for both dogs and cats, and understand that every animal has different needs and boundaries when it comes to meeting someone new. I have a very open and flexible schedule that allows me to check on your pets multiple times a day if you prefer. For drop in visits, i can provide up to 3 visits a day, and i can offer dog walking as well. House sitting is an option I offer as long as I am given 3 days notice in advance. I prefer to watch dogs in their own space since i have a cat who is afraid of them. Instead i prefer watching any pets in their own space. I can provide playtime and cuddle time, and can even walk dogs as long as they are leash trained.
“Kimberly was very professional, super detailed oriented and made the process so easy and stress free. It was our first time using the app and leaving our cats with a new person. She was sending text messages that she is on the way, asking if anything extra needed and sending all the photos with updates. We are glad that we found her and would highly recommend!”

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I provide reliable, compassionate care that helps your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch, playtime, daily walks, bird-watching from the window, or simply keeping to their normal routine, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I understand that each animal has a unique personality and needs, and I take the time to ensure they receive the attention, patience, and care they deserve. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your furry family members are happy, well cared for, and in loving hands. My schedule is flexible and varies throughout the month. As a flight attendant, I am away on occasional trips, but when I accept a booking, I am fully committed to providing dependable care for your fur baby.I carefully manage my availability and only take on pet-sitting assignments when I can ensure your pet receives the attention, care, and consistency they deserve. My calendar is kept up to date, and I am happy to discuss specific dates and visit schedules to meet your cat’s needs. I provide care exclusively in your fur baby’s own home, where they are most comfortable and secure. Staying in their familiar environment helps reduce stress and allows them to maintain their normal routine.
“Heather did a PHENOMENAL job with my two cats while I was away. One of my cats is slow to warm up to people and he was great with Heather. Heather made sure that they were fed, had water, and that their litter boxes were clean. The reports that I got daily really put me at ease while I was gone. I'm already planning on booking Heather again.”

“Gwen met Boomer for the first time and he gravitated to her as if she was a member of the family. She is well spoken, professional, caring and I would recommend her to other Rover members.”

“Azharia was amazing! Her professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched! I appreciate her some much for the education that she provided after noting some issues with my senior dog. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for services. I will be booking with her again!”

About: Hi! I’m a dedicated animal lover with over 10 years of hands-on pet care experience, and caring for animals isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. From energetic puppies to senior sweethearts, I’ve worked with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I understand that every pet has their own unique needs, routines, and quirks. My goal is always to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s playtime, long walks, cuddle sessions, or sticking to a specific feeding or medication schedule, I’m attentive, patient, and reliable. I am available anytime to help with all of your doggy care needs. Whether you need daily walks, feeding, playtime, overnight sitting, or last-minute assistance, I’m happy to provide dependable, loving, and attentive care for your furry friend whenever you need it. I have a fully fenced yard that provides a safe and secure space for dogs to run, play, and explore freely. I also have a friendly small poodle who is well-socialized and enjoys the company of other dogs, making it a welcoming and comfortable environment for your pet.
“MaryHelen is absolutely WONDERFUL! We are so thankful to have found a new forever sitter for Nugget. I was very pleased to find out that she has a cat of her own with the same urinary issue as Nugget. If your cat has FIC, you’ll know exactly how hard it can be to find someone who can understand how confusing this condition can be.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of many breeds/age and size for years now. Same goes for cats as well! I also own my own chihuahua for 15 years now. I own my own company so I always know my schedule. And I am doing rover as a part time, when I am not busy with work because I am an animal lover and this was the best fit for my spare time! I do not do at my own home, due to my dog being so old I don’t want to stress her. When I do visits, I let your dogs outside when needed and stay out to make sure they have used the restroom before coming back in and also have their bowls already ready for breakfast and dinner. I always clean the bowls afterwards too because of bacteria. I always show your pets so much love when I am with them because I know they miss their owner and remind them each time, day of their owner coming home, that their owner will be home today, they love it and of course already know somehow!
About: Hi, I’m Dominique. I run Paws Please, a small, local dog walking service providing dependable dog walks and drop-in visits for people with busy schedules, short or long term disabilities, or anyone who needs me-time in The Woodlands, Spring, and nearby Conroe areas. I just launched and am looking for new clients. I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have experience caring for breeds including Maltese, Schnauzer, and Shiba Inus through different life stages, from puppies to senior dogs. Spending time with dogs has always brought me a sense of calm, and I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pet. My approach is patient, attentive, and relaxed. I believe walks should give dogs time to safely explore, sniff, decompress, and stay active while maintaining a consistent routine. 🐾 Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I currently offer weekday dog walks and drop-in visits between 6 AM and 11 AM, allowing me to stay organized, attentive, and consistent with each client. I follow each client’s care instructions carefully, prioritize secure walks and safe neighborhood routes, and do not offer group walks with dogs from different households, allowing for more focused, attentive care and a calmer experience for your pet. I’m fully insured and take pet safety seriously. Also, I provide thoughtful updates and photos so you can feel connected and at ease while your pet is in my care.

About: Leaving your pet behind can be stressful — I know, because I’ve been there. My goal is to make your time away feel lighter by caring for your pet with the same warmth, steadiness, and consistency they’re used to at home. I’m the heart behind Zoomies & Co., where calm presence, reliability, and genuine compassion guide everything I do. I provide attentive, in-home care so your pet can stay comfortable in their own environment. My house sitting service includes overnight care in your home plus one midday drop-in visit. This covers evening and morning routines, walks, feedings, medications if needed, and quality time with your pet. I do not provide 24-hour constant care unless arranged separately in advance. You’ll receive regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your best friend is safe, content, and truly cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I keep a flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Because I work from home and structure my week around my clients’ needs, I’m able to provide consistent in-home care with regular potty breaks, exercise, and attentive supervision. For overnight stays and house sitting, I spend extended time in your home to keep your pet’s routine as normal and comforting as possible. I’m available for overnight care, drop-ins, and walks on both weekdays and weekends. Feel free to reach out to discuss specific dates — I do my best to accommodate when I can. Your home is your pet’s safe place — and I treat it with the utmost respect. I follow your routines, house rules, feeding schedules, and care instructions carefully to ensure your pet feels secure and everything runs smoothly while you’re away. I understand that pets thrive on familiarity and consistency. Whether I’m providing overnight care, drop-ins, or walks, I prioritize maintaining their normal rhythm — from meal times to medications to favorite nap spots. You’ll receive regular updates and photos so you’re never left wondering how things are going. Clear communication and reliability are important to me, and I take the responsibility of caring for both your pet and your home seriously. My goal is simple: for you to return to a happy, relaxed pet and a home just as you left it.

Jeannie was absolutely incredible! She took such great care of our sweet Creasy and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She had great communication, was attentive & caring, and kept us updated throughout our time away. We could tell Creasy was happy and well cared for when we got back. We’re so thankful we found Jeannie! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving pet sitter!

I highly recommend Shelby, our dog was very happy in her care! She took care of Togo while we were traveling, and after every visit she gave us a detailed update and photos of our sweet boy. She gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. Thanks for everything Shelby!

Caitlin was amazing with our lily girl! Super communicative and knowledgeable. Our babygirl was having a bit of tummy issues when we left on vacation and Caitlin helped us with recommendations and meds and kept us updated with everything while away! Because of her we were able to enjoy our vacation worry free! Will definitely be using her again!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
