“Dianne is such a dog lover and takes such great care of my three pups, even tending to their special needs like allergies and anxiety. She also keeps me updated with pictures, videos or any other events at my house (even on major holidays). She has watched them at least three times and I will always book Dianne if she is available.”

About: I’ve taken care of family dogs my entire life and have had my own dog for the past 5 years! I love being outside so anytime the option is available I’ll take advantage of it! I’m currently working full time for the state so I work 8-5 during the week and have every weekend off. I also have all county and state holidays off as well so can be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. I have a fenced in yard with locks/gates so the environment is protected! I typically don’t let my dog outside alone for too long and keep an eye out just in case.
“Julia did a wonderful job with our four fur babies! They are all rescues and do not usually take to strangers but they loved Julia. That is all I needed to know about her. If they take to her like that, she is alright in my book!”
“Jessica was fantastic! We needed someone at the last minute to care for our three dogs with multiple visits each day during our Fourth of July weekend trip. She came by for a meet and greet beforehand, and from the very first visit, she was reliable, caring, and communicative. She took great care of all three of our dogs, always walked them, and sent regular updates with photos after each visit, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Jessica is dependable, professional, and clearly loves animals. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy person!!!”

About: I’ve raised my own golden since he was 7 weeks and have pet sat and dog walked for several friends and neighbors over the years. So I am very comfortable around puppies, senior dogs, as well as dogs with special needs. I work from home so I am with my fur baby all day when he needs something. And if I am house sitting, available all day for your pet as well. I take him out at least 2 times a day for walks or play time at the park. We like to walk along the neighborhood trails, George Mitchell Preserve, and the waterway. I also take him to the dog park when it’s not too hot.
“This is my 2nd time using Lexe and very happy with her! She was very good at sending pictures and following instructions was even thoughtful enough to bring my delivered packages in to my house while we were out of town! Will definitely use again!”

“Kimberly is fantastic with dogs and cats. Not only did she take my same day request, but she was able to give my kitty the special injections he needed. You can tell she has professional experience with medications. She went above and beyond by researching information on my cats condition, and the injections he required. Everything went so smoothly in her care. Kimmy was always calm and prepared, she really eased our minds. Very kind and compassionate lady. I'm thankful that we found her, she really is a gem!”

“Gwen met Boomer for the first time and he gravitated to her as if she was a member of the family. She is well spoken, professional, caring and I would recommend her to other Rover members.”

“Coralie was great with our 3 dogs. It was so nice to get home and have a clean dog run. She also sent us some great pictures and notes from each visit. We will use her again!”

“My boys look like they had so much fun! Serenity took lots of photos and I really felt at ease knowing she was checking on them! Will definitely use her again next time they need some love and a potty break”
“Amanda is fantastic. All of her updates include a personal touch and she clearly spends quality time with my pup vs just showing up, feeding, and letting her outside. Very comfortable leaving town knowing Amanda is taking care of her.”

“Claro, aqui está um exemplo de review em inglês para a petsitter: --- I had an exceptional experience with Mary Claire. She was committed and responsible throughout the entire period. She provided detailed reports with photos for each visit, keeping me well-informed about my cat's well-being. During the passage of Hurricane Beryl, she closely monitored my cat's situation and even kept me updated about the status of my home. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a reliable and caring petsitter.”

Claudia was very responsive and communicated well before and during the period we were out of town. She was dependable and did each requesed visit around the times we had agreed upon. Our pups were well cared for and were very happy to see her. We will use Claudia again.

Shelby is definitely the sitter that will keep you informed on your family pal and keep them happy! Our old man is usually shy and anxious, but she kept him playing, cuddled, and even took him on a nice walk. He’s definitely a dog that you don’t know his energy level sometimes, and she delivered no matter the time of day. Will definitely book again!

Joy was a complete Godsend during my recent vacation when I unexpectantly became hospitalized out of state. She was amazing in that she continued to care for my pets making certain that they were safe and well taken care of. Prompt checks-ins and photos gave me peace of mind during an uncertain time. She even did extra's along the way. Will definitely be using her again when in need of a pet sitter!

5 stars are not enough to rate Alexis. We have hired her several times to care for our dear bassett and she always goes above and beyond - she is knowledgeable, trustworthy and most importantly, she connects deeply with dogs. We come home to a happy dog, a vacuumed home, notes and even thoughtful touches. Goose loves her like family, and so do we.

Samaneh Is absolutely amazing, she is punctual and always on time, she always goes above and beyond! I knew my pup absolutely enjoyed his time with her and will greatly miss her! We will now be looking for excuses to higher her just so he gets to see her they have become buds! Thank you for everything I highly recommend your services for everyone and anyone!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in The Woodlands with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
