“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars for Jordan! Jordan was phenomenal watching my dog, Maui! From the moment we met, they were super friendly and asked all about Maui’s quirks and routine. Their home is clean, dog-friendly, and perfect for a happy pup. Jordan sent daily photos of Maui playing and chilling, which made me feel so at ease. Maui came back wagging and content—clearly loved every minute! Jordan’s care and genuine love for dogs shine through. Already booked our next stay. Highly recommend! 🐶”

“Elizabeth is amazing! She is responsive, professional, and provides daily updates with pictures of your fur baby. It is amazing to see how Lolla enjoyed her and the other 2 Westies she has. We went on a trip for 9 days and she took care of Lolla like family. I strongly recommend her to anyone willing to leave your per in a safe environment.”

“Another wonderful experience with Michael! We truly appreciate the excellent job Michael does taking care of our dogs. In addition, he is very responsive and accommodates us with changes in plans due to unfortunate travel delays which we greatly appreciate!! Will continue to be a happy repeat customer!!”

“Lori was great! She understood my concerns leaving our fur baby for the first time. She asked a lot of questions concerning our pets routine and level of comfort with other dogs. She had a system of introducing the pets to each other that gave me a sense of comfort. Lori was also a great communicator. We received numerous updates and photos every day. I would absolutely recommend Lori...and rebook her in the future!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - The Woodlands
Jordan was fantastic. She is a very sweet lady who genuinely loves dogs. Great communication from the time we requested booking all way up to when we picked our puppy up. She even sent pictures everyday to show us how he was doing. We will definitely book with her again when we need a sitter.

Most importantly, I felt completely comfortable leaving my lab with Kayla. It was his first time staying with her and usually most would be nervous, I wasn’t. I could tell she genuinely enjoying having my lab stay there. I will be reaching out to Kayla from now on whenever I go out of town.

Can't give enough thanks for how wonderful Ernesto, Joan and the whole family are in taking care of our pup while away. 5 Stars for communication and care indeed. So grateful we found such a nice family to watch over our pup when we have to travel - knowing he's in such safe hands and having a great time all the same.

We are so grateful for the wonderful care Deborah gave our dog! She kept us updated with photos and messages, and it was clear our baby was happy, comfortable, and well loved. We especially appreciated how clean and well cared for she was when we picked her up. We would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.

To say Lesly went above and beyond for us is an understatement!! She took amazing care of our two dogs while they were staying with her for our wedding week. We had a zoom stream of the ceremony for friends and family abroad and she streamed it so the puppies could “watch” their humans get married. Just the sweetest thing to do for us since we wish they could have been there with us. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive, loving, and communicative sitter.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
