“Maria did an excellent job taking care of Cooper while we were on vacation. She took care of him as if he were her own and she loves her own dogs a lot! We will definitely call Maria again next time we need pet boarding for an extended period of time.”

“Kimberly took such great care of our pup while we were out of town. She provided daily updates and photos that put us at ease and to let us know that our Roxy was in good hands. We will definitely use Kimberly again and highly recommend her services.”

“My hubby and I wanted to do a date night and didn't want to leave Mocha by herself for too long. We decided to have Maticka keep her overnight. She must've had fun, because she acted like she didn't want to leave! Thanks Maticka for the puppy hospitality!”

“Ashley is always super communicative and helpful when I need to board my dogs. My high energy pups always come home tired from a full day of play and snuggles. I get plants of pics and updates and a full overview of their habits when I come to pick them up. I highly recommend Ashley for any pet sitting needs!”

“Wonderful wonderful! Thank you so Natali for your quick response to a last minute get away and accommodating the change in pickup times! She was patient with Jack who was acting like he had no training at the drop off! An added plus was how sweet she is and such a beautiful clean home!!!”

“I highly recommend Kenneth for dog sitting! He took wonderful care of my dogs, Beta and Gamma. Kenneth was kind, understanding, and incredibly patient with them. It was clear that he genuinely cared for their well-being. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Thank you, Kenneth!”

“Andrew and his wife were wonderful sitters! Their communication was excellent, and they sent me daily pictures and updates. Enzo looked like he was smiling in most of the photos, which made us so happy! They took him on walks, made sure he had plenty of playtime, and even let him socialize with other dogs. We were out of town for the weekend, and on our way home we got stuck behind a major accident, which made us late for pickup. They were incredibly understanding and reassuring, telling us to take our time and letting us know our baby was doing just fine. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring sitters, and we will definitely be using them again!”

“Brianne was amazing. .Redd stayed with her for 4 days she was loving and professional and excellent with sending me updates and pics. She took great care of REDD during those stormy days my dog HATES rain and goes crazy. I have already claimed Brianne as my only go to sitter if she is available whenever I go out of town on a scale from 1 to 10 she gets a 20??? Brianne also told me she has worked at a Doggy Day Care for years before so I knew she had great exp ...she is a true life saver❤️”

“This was my first time ever using Rover, and since I had a long trip, I really had no choice but to find someone to take care of Oreo. I was honestly super nervous at first — it was my first time being away from him for this long, and I had so many worries in my head. I kept wondering if he would feel comfortable, if he would eat well, or if he would miss home too much. But Mihee and her family made everything so much easier. They took such good care of Oreo and really helped me relax during my trip. They sent tons of photos and videos every day, always kept me updated, and let me know how he was doing — what he ate, how he played, how he was feeling. I really appreciated the communication and the patience they had with him. Oreo looked so happy staying with them, like he actually enjoyed his little “vacation.” It didn’t feel like he was just being watched — it felt like he was staying with people who genuinely cared. I’m really thankful for Mihee and her family. For my first Rover experience, this honestly couldn’t have gone better, and I’d definitely book with them again in the future.”

“Would definitely book again! Many updates given, ensured that my dog was taken care of and let me know if any concerns she had. Also was very flexible when I had to extend the stay. 10/10”

“Jane did a great job looking after our little pup for two weeks while we were travelling overseas. She provided pictures & updates throughout the stay, and it was clear that our dog thoroughly enjoyed her time there. I highly recommend Jane and would gladly use her again to take care our dog in the future.”

“Stacy was great!! We had a lot of plans change & she was very flexible and was able to accommodate for us, even over the holidays! She also sent photos/texted everyday which we appreciated!”

“Geraldine and Miriam took wonderful care of our little dog, we so appreciate their care, and are relieved to have someone on deck with whom we feel super comfortable to leave her in the future. ❤️”

“Courtney was great! She kept me updated the whole time about how my dogs were doing and sent so many cute pics and videos. I was very comforted knowing they were being taken care of well and having a good time while away from home. Will absolutely use Courtney whenever I need a sitter.”

“Cathy took great care of Chuchito. She always kept us posted on how our dog was doing and sent pictures of him. When we picked him up he seemed really happy and comfortable. We'll definitely take Chuchito with her again when we need it.”

“Thank you for taking such great care of our Bichon for several days. Vince loved getting to play with the other dogs and we were regularly updated with the cutest pictures!! Will be booking again :)”

Zachary and Megan took such amazing care of our dogs over the holiday weekend! They constantly sent us photos and videos of updates, and even dressed them up for the Fourth of July! They also updated us with how they were doing, so we felt comfortable knowing they were safe and happy. They were incredibly responsive throughout the boarding. I could tell they truly treated our babies like part of their own family. Bruno and Bella had such a great time. We would book again!

I have a really really big dog he’s a Newfoundland and Great Pyrenees mix. About 140 pounds. He can be intimidating and seem like a lot at first glance. But Kenneth family takes such good care of him and shows so much love to my dog. He is so comfortable there under his care and home. As soon as I turn down his street my dogs goes crazy with excitement. He knows how to handle him properly. I completely trust him with my dog and know he is in very good hands with Kenneth. He has really great communication. I travel a lot so having someone to care for my dog is very helpful. I will use Kenneth any time he’s available out of town and advise you do to!!!

We had a wonderful boarding experience with Maria! She took excellent care of our corgi while we were away, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. We loved that she has a doggy door, which gave the dogs easy access to the yard throughout the day. Our corgi also had a great time playing and socializing with the other friendly dogs in her home. Maria was kind, communicative, and clearly loves caring for dogs. We received updates during the stay, and it was obvious our corgi was happy and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Maria again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable Rover dog boarding host!

Melanie did a great job while we were away for a week. Before our trip we did a meet and greet so we could meet her beautiful huskies and to see if they would get along with our chipin. They got along great. Throughout the week Melanie sent pictures and gave us updates. When we arrived for pickup Cooper was very calm and relaxed. Melanie went above and beyond for our boy. I would definitely recommend her and we will contact her in the future when we go on trips.
I had to go out of town for a few days and this was my first time leaving my puppy (Zuri) with anyone. I was nervous about how she would be around other people and other dogs since she hasn’t had a lot of exposure to either but Zuri took to Maticka right away during the meet and greet. So much so, that when I dropped her off I barley was able to say bye because she was so excited to see Maticka again lol. Maticka took great care of my baby while I was away. She sent me daily photos and was quick to respond to my messages. For my first time using a sitter it was a great experience and I plan to use Maticka for any future stays I may need for my pup.

Britteney was amazing. She took care of my dogs like if it was hers I can tell they were doing good because of the pictures she would send me all the time. I love the fact that she kept me posted on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend her and definitely use her service again.

Brianne was so awesome! She sent updates without prompting, even pictures. Gave a full detailed report upon pick up. The space she lets the dogs play and go to the bathroom is not only clean and safe but also separate from each other which is really nice. She's a bit more expensive than I'd have like to have paid originally but upon completion of her watching Ducky, I have to say she was completely worth it. You get what you pay for with her service! I have no doubt I'll be using her again in the future instead of my usual dog sitter.

Gert was incredibly kind, understanding, and patient with my pup. My dog can be quite anxious, but he ended up absolutely loving him and his family. I traveled abroad and felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in such good hands. They truly went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and cared for. I’ll definitely be booking with them again in the near future! (:

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
