“Things went from bad to good. Unbeknownst to me, Tommy likes to update his clients periodically. A few hours after I left our 2-year-old Merle Corgi with him, our dog broke a major house rule by escaping from his playpen, urinating, and popping inside the house. Tommy advised me what happened, leaving me wondering if he was indirectly trying to advise us to go back and pick him up. I was embarrassed and stressed a lot about this since my family and I were planning to fly out of the country the next day. I went back to Tommy's house late that evening and profusely apologized for what happened. Even though he didn't say it, I'm sure this was an inconvenience for Tommy. But to my surprise, Tommy stayed very professional and advised me to not worry since accidents happen. After he continued to agree to keep our Merle Corgi, we traveled the following day outside of the country. Tommy kept me updated every day with pictures and texts about how our dog was doing. Tommy advised us that our dog quickly adjusted and didn't have any more accidents. Once we returned to Houston, Tommy went out of the way for us to pick up our dog from his house since he had a prior obligation to help a friend of his who had sustained damage to his house from a hurricane. I cannot thank him enough, and I highly recommend Tommy to board your dog.”

I’m comfortable around them, and have no issues having them in my home when needed. I’m currently working from home in a very flexible role, which allows for frequent potty breaks, snuggle breaks, and walks. There may be days that require me to be out of the home for a few hours a time but that can be discussed upon booking. I can crate your dog, if that is your preference. If not, I have a pretty big kitchen with a doggy gate where they can be in (if required). I have a fenced yard and three small dogs. I ended up with an unplanned, high-energy foster pitbull puppy & I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to keep him entertained, release his energy, & get him some training while we searched for his forever home (in the middle of having 4 pets already, 2 kids, & planning my wedding!) Nicki is the only reason I was able to stay sane for the 2 months we had him. She was so available, very flexible, & communicated with me constantly. She did dog walking, sitting, & training for us at a great price when the daycare wouldn't take him because he was still getting shots & regular trainers wanted to charge hundreds of dollars for the same thing. She even took my dog for walks & doubled up for us! Nicki is great with dogs, she knows so much about their behavior & really helped us take care of him post-neuter surgery. My 70 lb dog usually barks at strangers, but Nicki walked in & the dogs immediately loved her I think because they can tell she's not afraid of big dogs from raising her cane corsos! She was able to handle both dogs who like to compete & pull on walks without any trouble. I will definitely keep using her as needed for my own girl! 10 stars!!”

About: Hey there! A bit about me... I grew up with animals; dogs, cats, and the occasional little or wild creature. My mother was a vet tech, in Ukraine and, after moving to Texas, continued to work with animals, so I've been fortunate to have been around them for most of my life. I don't have any pets of my own, sadly, so I can't think of a better way to make some extra income! (I've also had a bit of experience volunteering/working with horses & wildlife) As of now, I all working full-time, but am looking to walk and sit on my days off or same day, if my schedule allows it. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a child. I also rescue dogs, and I have many years of experience. Your pups will be cared as if they were part of my family. I am a true dog lover. At wake up time your baby will be going potty in the backyard if he/she doesn’t know how to use the doggy door. Around 10am there’s a potty break. I’m at home most of the time, either some short morning meetings at the office. I’m home all day but I have to pick up my daughter from school. Please arrange drop off or pick up time in advance I have a secured backyard and a doggy door if your fur baby knows hows to use it. If not, pups can easily learn to use it.
