As usually Rachael was amazing with our Ella girl. She went out of her way to keep her litter box clean, accepted a delivery for us and brought extra toys for Ella to play with which she loved! We had some WiFi issues so she was extra attentive to checking Ella’s food and water were working s as well as our little robot cam we use to keep an eye on Ella. Rachael is just amazing!
Rose was amazing! Both of our cats absolutely loved her, and we felt so much better knowing they were in good hands while we were away. She played with them, kept everything clean around the house, and made sure they were eating, doing well, and staying healthy. She also kept us updated, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during our trip. We’d definitely book with Rose again!
Aubrey was absolutely wonderful with our entire fur family! It’s not easy finding someone who can handle both dogs and a cat so well, but she managed it effortlessly. Our dogs got plenty of love and attention, and even our cat felt completely comfortable. We loved the regular photo updates and came home to incredibly happy, relaxed pets. We had a wonderful experience leaving our mischievous duo with Abigail. She sent regular updates and the sweetest photos throughout our trip, which made it so much easier to relax while we were away. We especially loved that she gave them plenty of time in the backyard to run around and play—they clearly got some great zoomies and extra attention, which they adored. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
