Another great experience with Andi and Steven. Everything went perfectly. They checked in on our cat Pearl exactly as requested. After each visit to our house they sent great reports with pictures and useful information. They went above and beyond in some of the non-so-fun kitty-related departments like wet food handling, hairball cleanup, and litter box management. Maybe most importantly they are wonderful people and are obviously huge animal lovers. We are thankful to have had them care for our kitty on our last two trips out of town. We hope to continue working with them in the future and would certainly recommend them highly to others.
Tania was amazing with my babies!!! She was so patient and accommodating to our babies, they felt very comfortable with her because she didn’t try to rush anything. We had a last minute week long trip come up but we were able to book Terri last minute. One of our pets is a senior dog who needed special attention due to her limited mobility but Terri took great care of her and also our kitties. We felt bad because there were a few poop accidents in the house during the week but Terri took care of everything professionally. She even brought our mail in and of course kept us posted with notes and pictures. We appreciated her help very much.
Elizabeth did an excellent job of caring for my two cats. My cat, Ariel, who is afraid of strangers took to Elizabeth immediately. Ariel sensed her warm energy. Elizabeth is very thorough and notices everything. For example, she called my attention to the low level of food in the automatic pet feeder and a malfunction with the water fountain. Elizabeth is also easy to reach via phone or text.
