“Ash is exceptional with Isabella. She takes very good care of her. She walks her perfectly. Isabella loves her. I appreciate everything she’s done. I keep using her over and over because I don’t trust anyone else with my animal and Ashley is very amazing with her so I will continue using her and I recommend everybody to with her.”

“Meg was fantastic with our dogs! She was very mindful of checking on them and seeing how hot it was outside to make they were getting overheated. Also got so many good pictures on my pets from her visits, will definitely be booking with her the next time I need a pet sitter.”

“Savannah was absolutely amazing with Zorro! He really seemed to like her, and she was very affectionate and playful with him. I was afraid he would have separation anxiety but he felt very safe with Savannah. I will be booking again”

“Natalie was excellent. This was the first time I’ve left my dogs for this long. She left me great feedback and sent me pictures of my pups. I would book with her again.”

“We had a last minute week long trip come up but we were able to book Terri last minute. One of our pets is a senior dog who needed special attention due to her limited mobility but Terri took great care of her and also our kitties. We felt bad because there were a few poop accidents in the house during the week but Terri took care of everything professionally. She even brought our mail in and of course kept us posted with notes and pictures. We appreciated her help very much.”

“Sawyer was amazing with my very fearful and skittish 3 year old Chihuahua. As soon as he walked in the door my Chihuahua barked once and then proceeded to lick Sawyer like he has been her friend. There have been only a handful of people that my Chihuahua has responded to in that way and it always warms my heart when it happens. I truly believe animals can sense the intentions of a person and when Nezuko immediately takes to someone I know they are a good person. Nezuko also never eats her meals with strangers and she ate all of her food the first time Sawyer fed her. It's one thing when someone is good with your well behaved dogs, it's something entirely different when you have a poorly behaved or fearful dog that responds so well to a stranger. I also have an elderly dog on heart meds and Sawyer wasn't deterred by administering meds or even the possibility of my dog passing out from strain on her heart. Thank you Sawyer for just being a good person my dogs clearly trust. If I could give him 100 stars I absolutely would.”

“Jamey took care of our beloved puppy while we were gone for a long weekend. She was prompt, and VERY communicative - she messaged us every time she arrived and left, and sent pictures almost every time along with an update. She followed our instructions to a "T" and did a great job. Would highly recommend.”

“Gary took great care of our 2 cats while we were on vacation. He also sent photos and kept us updated. We were very happy with Gary! Highly recommend him because you can tell that he really enjoys taking care of cats.”

“Vickie was fast to respond to my short notice of sitting for our Great Dane. She did such a great job and spent quality time on her drop in visit. The updates and pictures were great as well while I was away at work. Can’t wait to have Vickie help with our pup soon.”

“Rachael is absolutely incredible! We were gone for two weeks and not a day went by that we didn’t get updates and pictures of our weenie babies. The dogs absolutely ADORE her and so do we. Rachael is trustworthy, punctual, and thorough. I feel very lucky to have found her.”

“Christine did an amazing job with my two labs. The times she came by were perfect and kept them from being in their crates too long. It was also very easy to book with her and she immediately set up a time to come by and meet the dogs and discuss what I needed. I will definitely use her again in the future!”

“Marissa was absolutely wonderful. I had a last minute work trip and she was able to come look after my 2 cats. She followed my instructions perfectly even opening and closing blinds and moving my plants around for sunlight. My cats seemed to warm up to her quickly which was one of my worries but after getting the pics after her first visit I felt way more at ease. I would definitely use Marissa again for future needs.”

“Charlie always has our backs and although we haven’t formally met in person yet , I genuinely trust her and her partner with our babies. Thank you Charlie for always being there our pups when we need you most. 🐶 🐾 ❤️”

“Mika has been an awesome pet sitter! She is very dependable and loves animals. My cat did very well with her and felt comfortable with someone unfamiliar. She sent multiple updates and pictures and gave a good summary of her visits. She was also very helpful in giving medication. I highly recommend her and will contact her again when needed.”

About: I started dog walking and pet sitting at 18 as a way to pay rent during COVID. Like anyone learning on the job, I made some mistakes in the beginning, but over the past 6 years, I’ve made a complete 180 — gaining valuable knowledge and refining my skills to care for animals the right way. Now at 24 and working toward becoming a veterinarian, this has grown from a job into a true passion. I combine experience, education, and genuine love for animals to provide the best care possible for your furry friends. My schedule varies weekly, so I update my calendar regularly to ensure you can easily book dog walking and sitting services whenever you need it. When walking dogs, I always bring a water dispenser and doggy bags, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. For dog boarding, your dog will feel right at home! Dogs are welcome on the furniture unless you prefer otherwise, following your training guidelines. I provide potty breaks every 2–4 hours and extra walks for energetic pups to burn off energy. Bedtime is at 8 PM, with the last walk of the day to help your dog settle in comfortably.
“Brandi always does such an amazing job with our fur babies. We have 6, so it’s a lot, and she’s so great with them! I also love all of the photos and videos we get. She is fantastic.”

Natalie has been absolutely incredible while we were away for Labor Day! She took such great care of our babies and kept us consistently updated throughout her time with them, which gave us great peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely recommend Natalie to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring!

- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
