Want to Meet New Furry Friends
Hello, my name is Sawyer and I’ve always had a huge heart for animals. Up until recently I owned everything from dogs, to horses, to gerbils, to goats. My current life cannot accommodate an animal, and I miss being around them, so I’m hoping to get to fill that animal void while also helping those who need help caring for their creatures! Aside from my own animals, I have taken in strays, house/cat sat for friends, and volunteered at a ranch and shelter. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I look forward to meeting yours if you think I’m a good fit! If you are gone for an extended period of time, or just have an anxious furry friend, I am happy to send pictures so you know that they’re doing alright in your absence. 💙

Sawyer was amazing with my very fearful and skittish 3 year old Chihuahua. As soon as he walked in the door my Chihuahua barked once and then proceeded to lick Sawyer like he has been her friend. There have been only a handful of people that my Chihuahua has responded to in that way and it always warms my heart when it happens. I truly believe animals can sense the intentions of a person and when Nezuko immediately takes to someone I know they are a good person. Nezuko also never eats her meals with strangers and she ate all of her food the first time Sawyer fed her. It's one thing when someone is good with your well behaved dogs, it's something entirely different when you have a poorly behaved or fearful dog that responds so well to a stranger. I also have an elderly dog on heart meds and Sawyer wasn't deterred by administering meds or even the possibility of my dog passing out from strain on her heart. Thank you Sawyer for just being a good person my dogs clearly trust. If I could give him 100 stars I absolutely would.
Sawyer is a great sitter who looked over our dog very well. Super kind and knowledgeable. Not to mention a great artist!
Sawyer helped me out during an emergency. When I reached out with less than 1 hour for her to sit my pets, she said yes and quickly made her way to my apartment. She provided updates and pictures throughout the day and she left a beautiful drawing of my dogs at the end of the shift. I strongly recommend her and I plan on relying on her services in the near future.
My boy looked so happy, and well taken care of. Would 1000% suggest Sawyer to anyone! Amazing job!
Sawyer has house-sat and cat-sat for me on multiple occasions, sometimes for a day or two and sometimes for up to a week, and I have always come home to a clean house and a happy cat! My cat, Moon, always comes out to greet Sawyer and get pets from him when he’s here!
Sawyer did an AMAZING job with my cat! He went above and beyond when taking care of her. He stayed in our apartment for a whole week taking care of my cat. When I came back, I swear the apartment was cleaner than how I left it!

Zeitplan
I currently work a very consistent schedule of 2 pm to 10 pm Tuesday through Friday. I am often up late, so am happy to come by after work, and can also use my break in the middle of the day to care for critters on any day except Tuesday. Monday and Saturday I am free the majority of the day, Sunday will be a case by case basis.

Aside from making sure animals are well cared for, when I am at all able I am happy to spend some time with them in your absence. As a nervous person who has owned nervous dogs I know that changes in routine can be unsettling and I will do my best to make sure your dog/pet feels comfortable and at peace until you get back.
Ein typischer Tag
I will always try to adjust to the lifestyle and needs of whatever furry friend I'm with. If they are more relaxed maybe sitting outside for a bit just nature watching, those with higher-energy I'm happy to use toys, exercise, and excitement to get their energy out.
