I work a routine schedule, in the office from 8-5, but close enough where if mid day walks are needed I can accommodate! Our weekends are slow and spent mostly at home, so our house is the perfect vacation spot for pups whose humans are out of town. I live on a local trail system that makes for great walks and monitored, leashed, outdoor time. I live in a single family home with no other dogs as our senior dog passed away recently. I have the ability to separate animals into different areas of the home, to crate, to free roam, or make extra space on the couch or bed. Any dog in my home is an extension of our family and they are accommodated based on their specific needs and preferences. About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. Growing up we always had multiple dogs, and I was always a part of the training and care giving. As an adult, I have raised two dogs, a wonderful rescue mutt and an XL Bully, both of which we recently lost to old age. I have a great deal of experience with elderly pets and administering medicines, but I am also great with the young ones! I look forward to be given the opportunity to show your pups the love and care that I gave mine for the last 16 years! I am currently between jobs as I have chosen to leave the classroom after 10 years. So at the moment, I can offer pet care frequently and am happy to do so, especially with the void of recently losing two of my fur babies. We cannot open our home to pet care, one of our cats does not handle other pets in her environment, but I am happy to provide your fur babies with whatever specific needs they require in their home. Kiera is a sweet, soft spoken young woman who has a really calming energy! My kitten is still nervous around new people but went right up to her immediately and was cuddling with her by the end of her drop in. She loves animals and that definitely comes through in her treatment and care of them. She will treat your baby like her own. I would 10/10 work with her again and I cannot recommend her enough.
