About: Hello there! I had my dog, Indy, for 12 years. I've pet-sat dogs and cats before. I also worked at a boarding facility from 2023-2025, where I have experience with dogs, cats, and rabbits. I currently have a very open schedule, so I am available! Usually I do 3 visits a day, more if needed. I am able to accommodate whatever your pet needs. Your pets are a responsibility I take very seriously! I always make sure they are safe, happy, and cared for. When I go to your house, I first make sure that the pets are alright, and then I take them out (depending on the pet). I always make sure to feed and play with them before I go!
About: Certified Veterinary Assistant with volunteer veterinary clinic experience. I am currently working at a dog boarding facility, providing attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable care for pets My schedule is flexible, and I’m available throughout the day. I can typically visit 2–3 times daily for walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship, but not overnight stays. I can provide attentive, compassionate care by following routines, ensuring fresh food and water, administering medications if needed, exercising pets, and giving plenty of affection.
“Anumeha is an Excellent cat sitter! I can tell she really loves cats and that makes all the difference. She took great care of our cat Smokey and gave him lots of love while we were out of town. She also took care of the litter box and helped me reset it remotely. Can’t wait to book with her again”
“Natalie is AWESOME!!!! This is my second time booking with her (and will continue to book W/ Natalie in the future if possible). She dropped in checked in on my pet and gave me updates on how he was doing. I am beyond thankful that I can leave home and feel that my pet is well taken care of while I’m out all because of Natalie! THANK YOU AGAIN Natalie!!!! And a HUGE thank you for dropping by and making time during your birthday weekend! 😊”

About: At the young age of 10 I started gaining experience in dog sitting, daycare, and taking animals on walks. I know the importance of communicating with pet parents as well my experience of ensuring animal safety, going to the vet, and specific diets. My sister has a pet business and I worked with her for a long time to gain more knowledge and experience hands on. I have a lot of experience with different sizes and breeds of dogs including grooming or pet-handling. Currently I am in school for drone operations and have a good amount of time to watch, love on, and enjoy taking care of your fur baby💗 For my clients no matter the service I provide photo and video updates, knowing how it feels to leave my furbaby with another person than me or my fiancé. I also keep my phone nearby so that I am able to quickly respond to any text or calls I may receive.
“Jessica was so patient with my Peanut who was so shy. She went above and beyond to make her feel safe around d someone new. She was even kind enough to bring in my trash cans because rain was coming. We will for sure be reaching out for all future needs. We have found Peanut’s person.”

Marcelina is an excellent and sweet petsitter who is very attentive to details and very communicative towards pet owners. She took care of my cat, Nydia (who is very picky) and I could tell that Nydia loved her from the start. I am very happy with Marcelina's services, recommend her 1000% (yes, one thousand percent) and will definitely re-book to take care of my chonky cat!

Cheryl was an amazing pet sitter. She went above and beyond to ensure our Dog and Cats were taken care of and loved. She regularly updated us and sent us photos so we could enjoy our vacation with peace of mind. Than you Cheryl, for doing what you do, and with as much care as you do!
Madelyn was an amazing sitter and surpassed my expectations as a first time Rover user. She accommodated my last minute arrangements and tended to Milo’s medical (and emotional) needs with each visit and kept us in constant contact on how he was doing to ensure us he was doing well. I can’t recommend Madelyn enough if you ever need a sitter.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Cypress. On Rover:
- 93% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 98% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
