Hsiaowei was a great provider for my senior Sammy. Her home was very friendly & he bonded right away. I could tell how comfortable he was by looking at the pictures she sent each day. Meihua went above and beyond in caring for my cats during my vacation. When I became concerned about the health of my youngest cat, who is very shy, she didn’t hesitate to take him to the emergency vet to get him checked, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Despite his timid nature, she showed incredible patience and helped him feel safe, comfortable, and adjusted to the new environment.
