Nala and Axel looked happy, comfortable and very well cared for when I got back. My pug needed some extra attention and care and she handled everything so well which made me feel really reassured. Meihua went above and beyond in caring for my cats during my vacation. When I became concerned about the health of my youngest cat, who is very shy, she didn’t hesitate to take him to the emergency vet to get him checked, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Despite his timid nature, she showed incredible patience and helped him feel safe, comfortable, and adjusted to the new environment. Meihua kept me updated every day with thoughtful messages and great photos. I am truly grateful for her compassion, responsibility, and dedication — I couldn’t have asked for better care for my cats. Hsiaowei is the best! We’ll always go back to her whenever we need a pet sitter. She’s extremely caring and clearly has a real passion for cats. Our cat is pretty fussy and grumpy with new people, but she had no trouble taking care of her and even giving her her meds! The daily photos she sent were such a comfort while we were missing our little fur baby. Highly recommend!
Excellent!!! Laura and her family were amazing with our dog Brady. He was well taken care of with lots of walks, play time and cuddles. With short notice of family emergency Laura and her family helped us beyond words with their support and kindness. We were blessed to have Laura watching Brady. Highly recommended!
