Our pup got lots of socialization and play opportunities staying with her which was great for our active pup and he also got plenty of walks and exercise. Our pup was very excited to see me, but also seemed very happy, calm, and comfortable. He loved his time with Heidi, Smokey, and family and I would 100% recommend. This felt like a home away from home for our Scooter. To top it off, Heidi was able to watch our pup with short notice over Christmas week after a last minute boarding mix up. Very grateful for her flexibility and for taking awesome care of our Scoot!!”

Jiao was absolutely wonderful with our Daisy! She kept us updated throughout her stay with frequent messages and adorable pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. She even went above and beyond by trimming Daisy’s paws without us ever asking- just another little detail that showed how much care and attention she gave her. Daisy was truly spoiled with lots of yummy treats, plenty of exercise, and, most importantly, so much love. We could tell just how special their bond became by the way Jiao said goodbye to her. We genuinely cannot recommend Jiao enough. Her communication, kindness, and the love and care she showed our Daisy are truly priceless. We feel so lucky to have found someone who cared for her as if she were her own. Daisy absolutely adored her, and we will definitely be booking with Jiao again!
Janis and her family are amazing! I can tell my pup, Juno, enjoyed his time there and even made some new friends. The times I boarded him elsewhere, he came back to me with some behavioral and health changes, but since leaving Janis, he’s been more calm, happy, and content. Looking forward to his next visit! :)

Vanvi was amazing with my dogs and gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She was kind, communicative and sent updates throughout the stay. Nala and Axel looked happy, comfortable and very well cared for when I got back. My pug needed some extra attention and care and she handled everything so well which made me feel really reassured. Meihua went above and beyond in caring for my cats during my vacation. When I became concerned about the health of my youngest cat, who is very shy, she didn’t hesitate to take him to the emergency vet to get him checked, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Despite his timid nature, she showed incredible patience and helped him feel safe, comfortable, and adjusted to the new environment. Meihua kept me updated every day with thoughtful messages and great photos. I am truly grateful for her compassion, responsibility, and dedication — I couldn’t have asked for better care for my cats.
