Hurricane Berryl had different plans for all of us!! Lana took the dogs on Monday even though they had no power. They were optimistic that power would return. It didn’t, but luckily there was no power at church camp either so that was cancelled. amidst spotty communication we managed to connect and I picked up the dogs 24 hours after dropping them off. Lana who had relocated to a friends where she could properly take care of her own baby drove back to meet me and helped me load all the pups items back in my car. She then worked hard to make sure I got the proper refund from this service. I am thankful to her for her level of care with us and to Rover for making the modifications and refund to the booking. Sally was an outstanding sitter for our elderly dog. He needed a specific diet and regular medication and she carried through on everything wonderfully.
