Our cats are not an easy group to care for... they are all special-needs cats with complex medical issues, including epilepsy, and one requires multiple medications twice daily. Finding someone we trust with their care is extremely difficult, but Victoriya exceeded every expectation. She handled all of his medications flawlessly, was reliable, attentive, and clearly cared about each of our cats as individuals. Managing multiple cats with different medical needs requires patience, organization, and dedication, and she did an outstanding job. Throughout our trip, we had peace of mind knowing they were in such capable hands. What impressed us most was how comfortable and cared for our cats were when we returned home. It was obvious they had received excellent care and attention while we were away. We have already booked Victoriya for our next trip, which says everything about the confidence we have in her. The most amazing sitter and sweetest person! My baby was having stomach issues and Shyonda kept me informed every step of the way while I was away, sending me updates and pictures of Drew every day. Drew is always excited to go over to her house and always has the best time. She is really the kindest person and truly cares for the dogs as if they’re her own. She also cares for her customers, I ran into an issue where I locked my keys in the car. Shyonda made sure I was taken care of with snacks and water, and even stayed with me and called someone to come unlock my car. Couldn’t recommend her more!!!
Alex & Claudia were great. Batman, my dog, had a great time. They sent videos of his time there making me more comfortable knowing he was enjoying the space and other dogs. A long vacation for both if us. And was able to have him bathed and nails trimmed on my return. Such an awesome space for any dog to enjoy.
