“Carol and her husband were great. We were on a cruise, so didn’t have access to cell service but still received picture updates throughout the stay. I was very pleased with their hospitality and care they showed towards my dog. This was the first time in a long time I’ve had to board my pet, so I was hesitant with the process. But after meeting them and their own dogs, I was relieved with the process and situations. My dog is a Jack Russell puppy, so he has an abundant amount of energy and I hope that he wasn’t too much trouble for them. If I need boarding again, I will definitely see if Carol and her husband are available and willing to take my dog again. Thanks again!”

I was sent daily updates and videos while I was away and every time I could see how happy she was and enjoying herself playing. They truly treated her like she was one of their own and she had a blast playing with their babies also. Their home is immaculate, clean and in a very nice gated community. It really set my mind at ease to know she was in good hands when away from home. I even had to extend her stay several days and Marcus was very accommodating. When I picked her up, all of her things were neatly packed up and Bailey was just as clean and healthy as I left her! I will definitely use him in the future!”

“Angelita was great. Our dog is a little high maintenance with allergies and she took great care of him. She was very responsive in her communication. Hurricane Beryl happened the week before we were supposed to leave. She was very proactive in communicating with us about power outages and plans for our pet. Then on our way home was the largest IT outage in history and grounded a lot of flights and delayed our flight by several hours. She was flexible and understanding with new arrangements. I will definitely be contacting her the next time we need someone to watch our dog.”
