They were incredibly understanding and reassuring, telling us to take our time and letting us know our baby was doing just fine. “Mark did a great job watching both Rip and Roxie. Both of my dogs have extremely different needs ( one being a senior beagle , and the other a young herding breed dog) ,each ones needs were met . Mark supplied daily pictures of my dogs and answered all texts I sent regarding their well being . “Elizabeth really helped us out during Hurricane Beryl. We have a very large golden retriever with a thick coat and he needs AC or constant swim time in the summers. We had no electricity for 2 days and he was suffering. She took him in without a meet and greet and her apartment had perfect cold AC and he was back in heaven! She kept him until the electricity was back on, on day 5. Also a shout out to woofGang groomers in Woodforest who kept him all afternoon in their AC until we could find a sitter! Barbara was awesome! First I needed a last minute sitter and reached out to her. She was able to work with me to watch my Westie for 8 days. While we were gone she updated me daily with pics and notes, which I appreciated. I am definitely going to use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great sitter.
She was so warm and friendly from start to finish and made the whole process stress-free even though it was super last minute. She took care of our fur babies like they were her own and sent plenty of cute pics and videos for us to save to the photo album. Her house and yard are nice and clean with plenty of room for them to play, and she even has a doggy door for them to go outside freely when they need to. I can't recommend Courtney enough, and I would absolutely love to have her care for our dogs on our next trip!
