Communication was great from start to finish, and she consistently sent detailed updates, photos, and videos every day, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while traveling. It was clear Dexter was very comfortable and happy in her care. She paid close attention to his routines, walks, eating habits, and even adapted really well to communicating with him using hand signals since he is deaf. We especially appreciated how observant and thoughtful she was about his comfort, behavior, and exercise. Dexter clearly bonded with her family and PomPom, and it genuinely felt like he was staying in a caring home environment rather than just being boarded. We would absolutely book with Svetlana again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and caring dog sitter.”

I’ve never felt so comfortable with anyone watching my dog until now. I’m usually told she won’t even eat which makes me so nervous, but she was eating, playing, and not at all shy like she has been every time anyone else has watched her. What’s important to me is the attention coco needs because she’s my shadow at home.
