“It was an awesome experience. Deborah treated my dog, Trooper, like family. She took great care of him and provided constant updates and feedback. She was organized, professional, and courteous. I couldn't ask for more.”

“Nikko had a very happy stay at Mrs svetlana ‘s house . Well taken care by her and her husband . We are very happy and hope we can use their help in our next vacation .”

“Kristina and her husband were wonderful to work with and they took amazing care of Arthur. Easy drop of and pick up. Clear communications and no confusion. Great updates throughout his stay. He was loved and treated as one of their own dogs. And it showed. I will definitely be using this family again for my boardings in the future.”

“Kristina did a wonderful job taking care of our pups in a last minute request after relocating to this area. They were well cared for and she sent photos and videos to keeps us updated on their stay.”

“I am so glad I found Barbara to keep my furbaby. I have not left her for more than 4 days in the past. But Barbara kept her for 12 days while I was out of the country, and I was not worried at all. She sent frequent pictures and kept me posted on how she was adjusting. Darci did great. I can tell because she was super excited to see me but settled right down as we drive home. Thank you, Barbara! We will see you again for shorter visits.”

“I would 100% recommend Monica to anyone who wants to know their pup is in safe hands while away and will definitely be using her again! I met with Monica the night before I was leaving to go out of town, and she was prepared with a list of questions about my dog's schedule, routine, eating habits, and more so that she was truly prepared to take the best absolute care possible of my fur baby. Monica has had years of experience fostering and owning animals and that was definitely apparant by the way she cares for both her own dogs and mine while I was away, and I felt comfortable knowing that Piper was in great caring hands. Monica's two dogs are super sweet and friendly and got along great with my dog as well. There is definitely no doubt in my mind that Piper was treated as one of her own while I was away, and I would 100% reconvened and use her again!”

“Repeat client of Lori's here. My pups love spending time at her place, I can always tell they're spoiled and loved at her home! We love Lori and will continue to use her services!”

“I could not explain how wonderful ashley/family was with my baby Kaiser. He is a ball of energy. She welcomed him into her home and I was like Wow she spoiled him lol. I loved all the pictures that she sent to me of my Weimaraner. And the fun he was having. I would pick Ashley every time. I highly recommend Ashley and her family to anyone. Thanks again. I will be on returning and hoping to work with her/ family again.”

“Wallace and his wife were amazing. They took such great care of Thor like he was one of their own, and Thor especially loved playing with their dog JJ, a black labradoodle looking dog. They also provided periodic pictures every day to show how much fun he was having. Very nice home and family. Would 10/10 leave Thor here again and he seemed like he had a blast.”

“Hudson had the best time! Lesly did a great job keeping me updated and sending lots of pictures. Hudson enjoyed his time with Lesly and we will certainly be coming back!”

“They're fantastic! We messed up our booking by an entire day, and they were very accommodating watching our boys another day. And ontop of that our flights were delayed, and they were very kind about that as well. And most importantly, they pampered our boys, and made us feel they were safe. For as long as they do rover, we will try to book with them first.”

“Angelita was great. Our dog is a little high maintenance with allergies and she took great care of him. She was very responsive in her communication. Hurricane Beryl happened the week before we were supposed to leave. She was very proactive in communicating with us about power outages and plans for our pet. Then on our way home was the largest IT outage in history and grounded a lot of flights and delayed our flight by several hours. She was flexible and understanding with new arrangements. I will definitely be contacting her the next time we need someone to watch our dog.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! Lauren and her family were amazing with our 5 month old puppy. They sent daily updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind and let us see how much fun she was having. It was clear from every update that our puppy was happy, loved, and well cared for. She got plenty of attention, playtime, and affection, and we could tell she felt right at home. We are so grateful for the care they provided and we’ve already scheduled them to watch our puppy again soon. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring and attentive pet sitters!”

“Ella was amazing! She made this entire experience stress free with great communication, updates and pictures. I can see that my dog was truly having a great time and was well taken care of. Thank you for your help 💗”

“Rachel was great with responses & pics. My dog was so happy and had a great time with Holly & the fam. Will definitely use her again! Holly is a sweet Rottie & they played so well together. Thanks Rachel, fam & Holly for taking care of my girl!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Conroe
We were so very happy to leave our dog with Barbara. She is the sweetest, most attentive person you could have watch your pet. She gave our dog lots of love and affection and sent us more pictures than I expected for just 2 days. I would definitely feel comfortable leaving my pet with her again.
She was so warm and friendly from start to finish and made the whole process stress-free even though it was super last minute. She took care of our fur babies like they were her own and sent plenty of cute pics and videos for us to save to the photo album. Her house and yard are nice and clean with plenty of room for them to play, and she even has a doggy door for them to go outside freely when they need to. I can't recommend Courtney enough, and I would absolutely love to have her care for our dogs on our next trip!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
