“First of all, Oscar is really nice. I requested same-day dog boarding due to an emergency business and he accepted my request instantly. Moreover, my partner dropped off Nina 2-3 hours later than our estimated drop-off time, Oscar wasn't mad nor rushing. We really his professional attitude. I had an escape artist husky and stressed this concern with him, he patiently listened and took the words. I received update photos and messages throughout a week boarding time. Nina looked happy in every picture. I picked up Nina, she wasn't dirty at all (happened in some of the previous dog boarders), and still in one piece :D I highly recommend Oscar and I will definitely a returned customer.”
