About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. Once I moved out on my own, I got two cats, so I also have a lot of hands-on experience with cats and understand their personalities (and moods lol). I’ve been helping take care of family and friends’ pets since I was about 16, whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or just keeping them company while their owners are away. I’m really good at picking up on each animal’s personality—whether they’re super energetic, shy, or just want to chill and nap all day. I’m also comfortable taking care of other pets like fish, turtles, and similar animals. I believe in keeping pets safe, comfortable and well entertained. Pups are released outside for potty breaks every 2-4 hours starting at 6am. Pups are given 3-4 play sessions outside in the fenced yard. Play time includes allowing them to play with toys, water (pool, sprinkler), and play among other pups. I typically will keep pups food and water filled, but will keep pups on a special feeding schedule at the request of the parent. I also provide pups with treats through out the day as positive reinforcement but will omit at the parents request. Pups are allowed to roam the house but pups who are not potty trained are crated at bedtime.
