This was the first time boarding pretzel, we were a bit hesitant because he’s a cat, and most sitter have pups. But Kacie was very sweet and welcomed pretzel with open arms, from the day we dropped him off, to whenever we picked him up. Oh, and of course we also received updates with pictures and videos while on vacation. We Definitely recommend Kacie whenever you need a caretaker for your fur kids while you’re away!
Tracy took amazing care of our pup! She provided 2 updates during the day and shared pictures with me of my pup playing and enjoying her company. I could tell my dog had a great time and was comfortable with Tracy. She was also great at communicating and answering any questions or concerns.
