They only have one dog off their own so they have lots of time to love on others. The house rules are similar to my home, sofa is ok to be on but not the bedroom bed. About: I have owed cats and dogs my entire life and see them as family. They add such joy to my life and I make sure that all animals are happy, well-attended to and comfortable. I currently have 4 cats and an Irish Wolfhound and they all get along surprisingly well. We typically watch our friends dogs when they are out of town, so my cats acclimate well to other animals in the house. They typically keep to themselves and stay in their cat room most of the day. My Irish Wolfhound, Pepperanne, is the sweetest, most gentle giant. Although she's no spring chicken (8 years old), she LOVES playing with other dogs, and yet, also doesn't overwhelm other dogs and gives them their space. I will love your pet like my own and make sure they feel comfortable during their stay. Although 5 animals might sound like a crazy household, I have a very calm home and everyone is respectful of their space and others. I work remotely and am home all day during the week and have lots of time to love on your pet. Weekend plans are typically local and I don't venture far to ensure your animal is comfortable, especially for any animals with separation anxiety. My home has plenty of space both inside and out. I have a very large fenced in back yard with plenty of space for your pet to explore, a very zoomies-friendly area. I live in a nice neighborhood, also, with plenty of non-busy streets to walk your pet when it's not too hot. I live close to the Bush Airport (IAH) (about 20 min away), so if you ever need a last minute sitter, I’m on the way to the airport and makes for an easy drop off and pick up!

Currently, my household includes two senior cats and four younger cats that I rescued in July 2024 when they were only three weeks old. I bottle-fed the kittens until they could transition to solid food, and while two were eventually adopted out, the remaining four have grown into healthy, gentle, fun, and active boys. Additionally, I have taken in two stray cats, one of whom I am actively trying to reunite with its owner. I believe in being an excellent steward of all God's creation, and I treat every animal with the same compassion and care as if they were my own. I am working part-time (4 days a week) so I do have a schedule that is easy to maneuver around to fit in visits, play time, rubs and scratchies ♥️ When I stop by for furbaby visits I will interact with them, giving them plenty of attention and affection. Pet sitting is awesome because I want to spend time with as many wonderful pets as I can. I’ll treat them just as well as I would like my pets to be treated since I know how important they are. About: I have been a cat parent for multiple cats the last 13 years, and a foster for cats and dogs from 2020 - 2024. I am able to walk for one or more miles for big and active dogs. I can also take your dog to a park with permission. I have two cats of my own that I take care of. I am new to Rover, so I am still working on a routine using this app. As of September 22nd, I have not worked yet on Rover. For my own two cats, I make sure to have a feeding schedule, frequently clean litter pans, and make certain their water fountains are cleaned and filled. For clients homes, I feel it's best to honor and respect the clients wants and needs for their fur babies.
