“Elizabeth really helped us out during Hurricane Beryl. We have a very large golden retriever with a thick coat and he needs AC or constant swim time in the summers. We had no electricity for 2 days and he was suffering. She took him in without a meet and greet and her apartment had perfect cold AC and he was back in heaven! She kept him until the electricity was back on, on day 5. Also a shout out to woofGang groomers in Woodforest who kept him all afternoon in their AC until we could find a sitter! Good people, you can trust her to love your fur baby.”

We had a wonderful experience with Esmeralda. She took care of our dog, Bronco, for two days while our family was in San Antonio, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She kept us updated throughout our trip by sending photos, videos, and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious that Bronco was being well cared for and having a great time. Esmeralda’s three kids were also amazing with him. They walked him, played with him, and gave him lots of attention and love. Bronco looked so happy and comfortable, and we could tell he was treated like part of the family. We felt completely at ease leaving Bronco in her care, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Esmeralda again.
