Pet Owner for 40 years!
I’ve had dogs and cats since I was 20 years old! All of my pets lived to be 16 to 18 years old! My last 2 a 16 year old a bichon named Leo and a 16 year old Coco a 4lb Yorkie went to heaven in July & December of 2025. I’m very sad and I would love to take care of pets but I am not ready to adopt yet! I thought pet sitting would be a great way to love & take care of dogs once again! ❤️

Debbie has always had a soft spot for dogs. Ever since she was little, she’s been drawn to them and has always been gentle, patient, and loving with animals, especially small dogs. She treats her dogs like family, and you can really see how much she cares about his happiness, comfort, and well being. Because she’s very careful about who she trusts with our dogs, I know she treats every dog she watches with the same love and attention she gives her own.

Schedule
I am at home all day other then going shopping and to the gym. The dog (s) would be with me in my home either in the den or at night in my master bedroom they would sleep with me on my bed and they would be on my couch. I also have lots of dog beds. I would walk them on leashes as needed just up and down my cul-de-sac street. I would not engage with stranger dogs while caring for your pets.

I have a fenced large backyard, but I walk my dogs on leashes in the front of the house where there’s lots of grass. They would go potty only on my enclosed side yard as I have a pool.
A typical day
I pretty much have had senior dogs I’ve always adopted older dogs, so my experience with pets as of recently has been just loving and keeping them company making sure they were happy well fed and walked as needed.
