About: I’ve always been around dogs since I was born. I currently have a 85 pound lab mix named Bear. I have also been a volunteer at the Montgomery County Animal Shelter for about 3 years where I have over 300 volunteer hours. Through my volunteer work I have gained experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I am very accommodating to each dogs specific needs! I am available 7 days a week to watch your pets, and I don’t mind last minute requests! I have a very flexible schedule, so I can best accommodate your pets needs I’m very active, so I am able to walk pets 1-2 times a day. In addition to this, I have a large fenced in yard. I also have a doggy door that allows them to freely go in and outside (most dogs figure the door out very quickly). I do not allow the dogs on the downstairs furniture, but there are many dog beds all over the house they can use.

Administering medicine, staying on a routine, exercise, playtime, or even cuddle time is essential and I have cared for all no matter the needs. About: I got my first pet when I was 14, I had adopted him from a humane society when he was 3 years old! In the time I had him I had to learn what unconditional love was, what patience really means, and what responsibility is. He was an amazing dog and I learned so much from the time I was able to care for him. For four years I got to learn what taking care of a dog entailed and was always taking the opportunity to learn what I could always do better. I had to rehome my best bud in September of 2022, but I will forever hold that unconditional love and time I got to spend with him in my heart. I currently have 2 animals as of 2025! One is a handsome pitbull mix named Max and the other is my handsome cat named Ozzy. They are my pride and joy! I’ve learned so much since moving to Texas and adopting both from a Humane Shelter in Houston. I work full time at a hospital in the Woodlands area so 4/7 days of the week I am typically free! On days I do have blocked off on my schedule I can be available for a drop in or walk after 7pm! About: I’ve taken care of family dogs my entire life and have had my own dog for the past 5 years! I love being outside so anytime the option is available I’ll take advantage of it! I’m currently working full time for the state so I work 8-5 during the week and have every weekend off. “Amber, Alex, and their sweet daughter took great care of my two dogs for two weeks. I liked how she wanted to do a meet and greet to make sure it would be a good fit. She also asked all the right questions, assuring me that she is thoughtful and considers all things. Videos and pictures were sent throughout the duration of their stay. Amber was very accommodating when it came to my flight being delayed, causing two extra days with my dogs. She was understanding and adjusted the booking, which took a lot of stress off of me. Whether it was inconvenient for her or not, I didn’t know because she handled it with such ease and kindness. Amber and Alex were ready as soon as we showed up for drop off and pickup. My dogs came back home happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend Amber to watch after your pups, she is very trusting and her home seems to be full of love.”
