Hurricane Beryl happened the week before we were supposed to leave. She was very proactive in communicating with us about power outages and plans for our pet. Then on our way home was the largest IT outage in history and grounded a lot of flights and delayed our flight by several hours. She was flexible and understanding with new arrangements.
