Abby did an excellent job caring for my babies! She was responsive, followed directions, and took some of the cutest pictures of them. It gave me peace of mind knowing I could count on her.

I’ve used Abby in the past to care for my cats one other time, and this most recent booking was for three visits over the course of every other day. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the level of care this time. When I returned home, the water bowls still had water in them, but it was obvious the water hadn’t been changed as they were low and had food particles in bottom . The bowls were dirty, even though she had visited the day before. It appeared that as long as there was still water in the bowls, they weren’t being emptied, cleaned, and refilled with fresh water. The food bowls also weren’t washed between feedings—they were simply filled with more food. Everyone has different expectations for pet care, but for me, fresh water, clean food bowls, and scooped litter boxes are basic daily care. I’m a nice person and I hate living not so great reviews but as another person mentioned not great service I feel it needs to be noted as my animals are my babies and I need to know they are getting the same care I give them when I leave them. Thank you!

We’re so grateful for Abby!! First time using Rover and we felt so comfortable leaving our pups behind with her to care for them. The photos and updates of them truly were the best! We hope to have Abby again next time we vacation,
