About: I’ve owned several dogs over my life and been responsible for them from puppy to senior age. I’ve also done dog walking at shelters and have been a proud cat owner for the past two years! I’m a graduate student and I have a fairly flexible schedule so I’ll have time to care for your pet! I attend SHSU so I will just need a few days notice so I can organize my schedule accordingly. Having previously owned puppies as well as a cat at the kitten stage, I have learned to be cognizant of safety hazards such as burners, plugs, small spaces, etc, as well as signs of sickness in pets.

“I feel a peace of mind when she’s helping with my puppy. She’s knowledgeable and attentive to her specific needs and has a wealth of experience with different breeds. I have a busy work schedule and she communicates well and I find myself learning a lot from her since I’m a first time dog owner. I strongly recommend Jemma for her dedication and I’m happy she is there to help with my fur baby.”

“Lindsay is so helpful and accommodating. She understands that our lab is still a puppy and she helps with keeping him trained and is such a great walker, she makes sure he gets his energy out. I’m very thankful for her!”

About: Animals have always been a part of my life—caring for them is second nature to me. I’ve been pet-sitting since I was 11, and I’ve personally cared for a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, and many other types of animals. I’ve handled everything from bottle-feeding babies and caring for seniors to administering medications, treating injuries, and comforting anxious or special needs pets. My family currently has 8 cats, and we also help strays with food and vet care. I’ve rescued, fostered, and even volunteered at adoption events for local rescues. My partner may be with me during sits or walks. I am the primary sitter and will always ensure your pet’s care and safety are my top priority. I bring patience, compassion, and a deep understanding of animal behavior to every pet I meet, and I look forward to spending time with your furry family member! I have full-time availability. I work from home, and I am currently earning a degree in computer science as well as technical certification in data analytics- all remotely. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their routines and spaces, keeping things clean, calm, and consistent while providing loving, attentive, and personalized care.

About: I’m a veteran with a dependable and caring nature. I spent over a year caring for my neighbor’s dog while they were deployed, handling daily walks, feedings, playtime, and vet visits. That experience helped me develop a deep love and understanding for pets and their routines. I’m patient, trustworthy, and attentive to each pet’s unique needs. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide morning, afternoon, and evening care. Whether it’s walks, feedings, or drop-in visits, I make sure pets get the attention they deserve throughout the day. I treat every home and pet with the utmost respect. I follow the pet owner’s instructions closely, maintain a clean environment, and prioritize safety at all times. Whether it’s locking doors, using leashes, or monitoring food and behavior, I make sure pets feel secure and well-cared for in any setting.
