About: I've been working with pets in some capacity for over 10 years now. In high school, I volunteered at our local shelter where I helped to take care of the dogs and cats and also took dogs on walks as part of their adoptee program. While in college, I house/pet-sat for a couple of customers on a regular basis for 2-3 years. I ensure that I communicated daily with owners and sent pictures and videos so pet parents could see how their fur babies were doing. Shortly before I graduated college, my mom bought a dog boarding business and I have worked with her, managing the business, for the last 6 years now. We specialize in dog boarding but we also house sit for some of our customers with cats or reptiles, as well. I love being able to send photos and check in with owners so they know their pets are enjoying their vacation, too! I have worked professionally with dogs big and small and love all the different breeds and personalities I've met over the years. I am comfortable with all types medication administration whether it be pills or injections. I have cared for multiple dogs post-surgery (dental, tumor/organ removals, broken bones, spay/neuter, etc) and can work with whatever parameters you have to keep your pets comfortable post-op. I have worked with picky and aggressive eaters and I can accommodate any special instructions you have for meal times/any time food or treats may be out. I've had experience working with special needs dogs including blind or deaf dogs, dogs with medical issues affecting their balance, dogs with diabetes and I would be more than happy to speak with owners who have pets that may have these or other needs. I truly love getting to work with animals and I think having pet sitters who owners can trust and rely on to take care of their animals while they travel is a necessity. I would love to be one such pet sitter for you. I am currently taking some college classes while I shift careers a little bit so my schedule is very flexible. I can work pretty much whatever hours owners may be needing. I work to maintain an environment that's as similar to the pet's home as when their owner is there. I stay on the schedule that the pet's are used to so that there's not a drastic change in their day to day. I've worked with many anxious dogs (and some cats) in the past so I will typically let the pets come to me in their own time, so that they don't feel as overwhelmed having a new person in their home. I've found that just going about activities that dogs are used to seeing their owners do (like making their breakfast/dinner) and ignoring them, gives them time to acclimate to a new person. From there, I just make sure to give them attention and let them know I'm a safe person for them to be around so that won't be skittish when they see me again.

About: I have taken care of dogs for almost my whole life, mostly large breeds. I trained my 3 large dogs personally and taking a beginner dog training course. I take care of my dogs daily and taking care of others would just feel normal. I would mostly be available after work but free on weekends. I have a fenced yard if i do care for clients pets at my home. At a clients home i would ensure there aren’t any hazardous things that could harm the pet.

About: I have taken care of not only dogs and cats but pretty much anything that you can legally have as a pet, and I have a passion for learning each animals unique care! I can care for your pets at any time at the moment! Most often I will be free in the afternoon. Mornings and midday will depend. I will open up boarding when I finally move out of my apartment, but for now I will take care of your pets as if they were my own, exactly how you tell me to.

About: I have grown up around dogs of all kinds and sizes. My two childhood pets were a Labrador mix and a scottish terrier. Now i help out with my siblings more energetic breeds including a german shepherd mix and an australian shepherd. I even have my own fur baby, who is a sweet ragdoll cat. I’m comfortable around all breeds for both dogs and cats, and understand that every animal has different needs and boundaries when it comes to meeting someone new. I have a very open and flexible schedule that allows me to check on your pets multiple times a day if you prefer. For drop in visits, i can provide up to 3 visits a day, and i can offer dog walking as well. House sitting is an option I offer as long as I am given 3 days notice in advance. I prefer to watch dogs in their own space since i have a cat who is afraid of them. Instead i prefer watching any pets in their own space. I can provide playtime and cuddle time, and can even walk dogs as long as they are leash trained.

I currently have two dogs of my own - a black lab named smokey and a belgian malinois named saber! I work from home, which allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Pet care is a major part of my daily routine, and I enjoy spending quality time with animals while ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. I provide a safe, calm, and structured environment for every pet in my care. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special instructions. Safety is always my top priority, whether that means using secure leashes, monitoring playtime, or ensuring pets are comfortable and stress-free. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are receiving excellent care while they’re away.

About: I have raised cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, and even cared for reptiles and birds during 20+ years caring for my and others amazing furry friends. : ) I am able to walk dogs and care for all pets mostly in the afternoons and evenings and am able to stay over most nights I ensure the pet feels safe and relaxed around me with toys or treats, then engage with plenty of exercise, healthy meals, and calm speech.

About: I have been watching over all sorts of fur babies for 10 years, even starting a small independent business in my hometown! I have experience with puppies and senior dogs. I am also able to administer medication as needed. Cant wait to help! I work from home and rarely have to go out into the field. When I do, it's for 3-4 hours at most! I have two cats at home who are fine if I need to do an overnight stay. I have two cats, so I prefer to take care of animals outside of my home! Luckily, because I work from home, I am available to look after your fur baby anytime of day.
