“I can’t recommend Zoe enough! She took incredible care of Millie and Sadie, while I was away. From regular updates and photos to taking them for a walk. It’s such a relief to know I can trust someone so reliable, professional, and genuinely passionate about animals. Thank you so much – we’ll definitely be booking again!”

“Emily did an amazing job with my Monte! She made Monte feel comfortable while I was away. She always took pics and made sure to communicate. I will most definitely use Emily again in the future when I need assistance with my dog baby.”

“Kristina makes our travel days easier. Knowing that our favorite boy Walt is cared for & a trustworthy person is dropping by our place a couple times a day brings more peace of mind than you can imagine!! Could not recommend Kris more! She is invaluable to our family 🙂”

“I needed somebody to go to my house and take care of my cats since my trip out of state got extended and Alexandria was very prompt with her responses, followed instructions very well, and got my babies taken care of! I would absolutely trust her in my house and with my babies again!”

“Joy was a complete Godsend during my recent vacation when I unexpectantly became hospitalized out of state. She was amazing in that she continued to care for my pets making certain that they were safe and well taken care of. Prompt checks-ins and photos gave me peace of mind during an uncertain time. She even did extra's along the way. Will definitely be using her again when in need of a pet sitter!”

About: I used to work at a veterinary clinic for around 2 years, and I have been a dog owner for 9 years. I have taken care of a wide variety of dogs and I am very comfortable with them. I am a currently a student but on most days I only have class for around 4 hours. Other than that I am fairly flexible outside of taking care of my own dogs I am happy to take your pet on walks for potty breaks as well as let them in your yard depending on your preference. I also am happy to spend time with your pet in your home during drop ins.
“Shannon was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of Benji over the two days she watched him. From the very beginning, she was warm, communicative, and super attentive. I received regular updates with pictures and videos, and it brought me so much peace of mind knowing Benji was in such good hands. She walked him, fed him! You can tell she genuinely loves animals and enjoys what she does. Benji looked so happy and comfortable with her, and I could tell he had a great time. I’ll definitely be booking her again in the future, thank you so much, Shannon!”

“Jasmine took great care of my babies. She had great communication and sent plenty of photos to update me. I have a very shy dog and she was able to make her feel comfortable. I would definitely book again. 😃”

“Azharia was amazing! Her professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched! I appreciate her some much for the education that she provided after noting some issues with my senior dog. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for services. I will be booking with her again!”

“Amazing sitter, friendly, reliable, attention to details and shows a lot of care to the floofs. I always feel comfortable traveling knowing that Jemma is taking care of my floofs and making sure everything’s great. Thank you so much ! I highly recommend her”

“Rachel was Absolutely Awesome!! We booked her on short notice, she came by for a meet and greet the very next day and bonded with our Bubba's instantly. She's timely, kind, gentle with or fur babies and we could not have asked for any more. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their Paws to be in Good Hands!!! Jay B.”

“Megan did such a GREAT job taking care of our 2 senior big boys while we went on a trip on a busy holiday weekend. Communications were stellar as were the adorable photos she took of our dogs. Megan really went above & beyond to take care of our boys! I’d highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, communicative & fantastic pet sitter for their fur babies!”

“MaryHelen is absolutely WONDERFUL! We are so thankful to have found a new forever sitter for Nugget. I was very pleased to find out that she has a cat of her own with the same urinary issue as Nugget. If your cat has FIC, you’ll know exactly how hard it can be to find someone who can understand how confusing this condition can be.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Woodloch. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
