About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life. I helped out my parents when we bred our English lab twice. I also helped out when we had chickens, ducks, and goats. I have one dog right now. He’s a Shih Tzu, his name is Rusty and he’s 13 years old. He’s a super chill dog, he basically sleeps all day. I currently don’t have a job and have a lot of free time and I would love to hang out with your dogs! I absolutely love dogs and playing fetch with them. I love going on walks so your dogs can get their steps in with me!:) One thing though is I do not have a car so pets will have to be dropped off:) I have a fenced yard and I have one dog to keep your dog some company. My dog will be separated from your dog unless they are compatible with one another so neither gets hurt.

About: I've been working with pets in some capacity for over 10 years now. In high school, I volunteered at our local shelter where I helped to take care of the dogs and cats and also took dogs on walks as part of their adoptee program. While in college, I house/pet-sat for a couple of customers on a regular basis for 2-3 years. I ensure that I communicated daily with owners and sent pictures and videos so pet parents could see how their fur babies were doing. Shortly before I graduated college, my mom bought a dog boarding business and I have worked with her, managing the business, for the last 6 years now. We specialize in dog boarding but we also house sit for some of our customers with cats or reptiles, as well. I love being able to send photos and check in with owners so they know their pets are enjoying their vacation, too! I have worked professionally with dogs big and small and love all the different breeds and personalities I've met over the years. I am comfortable with all types medication administration whether it be pills or injections. I have cared for multiple dogs post-surgery (dental, tumor/organ removals, broken bones, spay/neuter, etc) and can work with whatever parameters you have to keep your pets comfortable post-op. I have worked with picky and aggressive eaters and I can accommodate any special instructions you have for meal times/any time food or treats may be out. I've had experience working with special needs dogs including blind or deaf dogs, dogs with medical issues affecting their balance, dogs with diabetes and I would be more than happy to speak with owners who have pets that may have these or other needs. I truly love getting to work with animals and I think having pet sitters who owners can trust and rely on to take care of their animals while they travel is a necessity. I would love to be one such pet sitter for you. I am currently taking some college classes while I shift careers a little bit so my schedule is very flexible. I can work pretty much whatever hours owners may be needing. I work to maintain an environment that's as similar to the pet's home as when their owner is there. I stay on the schedule that the pet's are used to so that there's not a drastic change in their day to day. I've worked with many anxious dogs (and some cats) in the past so I will typically let the pets come to me in their own time, so that they don't feel as overwhelmed having a new person in their home. I've found that just going about activities that dogs are used to seeing their owners do (like making their breakfast/dinner) and ignoring them, gives them time to acclimate to a new person. From there, I just make sure to give them attention and let them know I'm a safe person for them to be around so that won't be skittish when they see me again.

About: I have grown up around dogs of all kinds and sizes. My two childhood pets were a Labrador mix and a scottish terrier. Now i help out with my siblings more energetic breeds including a german shepherd mix and an australian shepherd. I even have my own fur baby, who is a sweet ragdoll cat. I’m comfortable around all breeds for both dogs and cats, and understand that every animal has different needs and boundaries when it comes to meeting someone new. I have a very open and flexible schedule that allows me to check on your pets multiple times a day if you prefer. For drop in visits, i can provide up to 3 visits a day, and i can offer dog walking as well. House sitting is an option I offer as long as I am given 3 days notice in advance. I prefer to watch dogs in their own space since i have a cat who is afraid of them. Instead i prefer watching any pets in their own space. I can provide playtime and cuddle time, and can even walk dogs as long as they are leash trained.

“Wonderful experience! We were nervous to leave our young dog while going out of town on short notice. We hadn’t had her very long and she is shy around strangers; on top of that she started her first heat and had her spay delayed. Needless to say, I was so nervous about having to be separated from her. Hannah and her family did a wonderful job watching our dog while we were out of town. We got pictures and updates several times a day. On our meet and greet, we got to check out the huge backyard and Hannah took special care to learn my dog’s routine, favorite toys, etc. Hannah even gave her a little bath when her fur got matted so that she would be more comfortable. “She was very communicative! She allowed a short 10-15 min meet and greet. She had my 3 babies for an overnight stay as was so patient with them and sent me a video of them playing. This was my first time boarding my dogs anywhere so I was a little nervous on how it would all go but she did so well with them and they seemed to happy when we came to pick them up!
