“Wonderful experience! We were nervous to leave our young dog while going out of town on short notice. We hadn’t had her very long and she is shy around strangers; on top of that she started her first heat and had her spay delayed. Needless to say, I was so nervous about having to be separated from her. Hannah and her family did a wonderful job watching our dog while we were out of town. We got pictures and updates several times a day. On our meet and greet, we got to check out the huge backyard and Hannah took special care to learn my dog’s routine, favorite toys, etc. Hannah even gave her a little bath when her fur got matted so that she would be more comfortable. When we went to pick her up, our dog felt so at home that she acted like she lived there! We give an A+ and will book again!”

About: I am a highly dedicated, experienced and reliable in taking care of pets. Their safety and comfort is my number one priority, so you don't have to worry when you are away from your pet. I used to have a dog and a cat in my hometown for years when I was growing up. I was also professionally dog walking for four years, so I am familiar with different breeds, their habits and the right approach to each one. I am positive I will find the way to their hearts. About: Growing up, animals were always a big part of my life. I’ve had hands-on experience caring for a variety of pets, including dogs, chinchillas, rabbits, turtles, frogs, ducks, and chicks. About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life. I helped out my parents when we bred our English lab twice. I also helped out when we had chickens, ducks, and goats. I have one dog right now. He’s a Shih Tzu, his name is Rusty and he’s 13 years old. He’s a super chill dog, he basically sleeps all day. I currently don’t have a job and have a lot of free time and I would love to hang out with your dogs! I absolutely love dogs and playing fetch with them. I love going on walks so your dogs can get their steps in with me!:) One thing though is I do not have a car so pets will have to be dropped off:) I have a fenced yard and I have one dog to keep your dog some company. My dog will be separated from your dog unless they are compatible with one another so neither gets hurt.

Home full time. I usually feed twice a day, once in the mornings around 6am and once in the evening around 6pm. After feeding I let them out for a quick restroom break. I keep high activities like running around low for about an hour to keep from any upset stomach issues. Afterward it’s playing catch, walks, hanging out and on nice days outside as much as possible! I have a medium sized fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. About: I got my first pet when I was 14, I had adopted him from a humane society when he was 3 years old! In the time I had him I had to learn what unconditional love was, what patience really means, and what responsibility is. He was an amazing dog and I learned so much from the time I was able to care for him. For four years I got to learn what taking care of a dog entailed and was always taking the opportunity to learn what I could always do better. I had to rehome my best bud in September of 2022, but I will forever hold that unconditional love and time I got to spend with him in my heart. I currently have 2 animals as of 2025! About: I've been working with pets in some capacity for over 10 years now. In high school, I volunteered at our local shelter where I helped to take care of the dogs and cats and also took dogs on walks as part of their adoptee program. While in college, I house/pet-sat for a couple of customers on a regular basis for 2-3 years. I have cared for multiple dogs post-surgery (dental, tumor/organ removals, broken bones, spay/neuter, etc) and can work with whatever parameters you have to keep your pets comfortable post-op. I have worked with picky and aggressive eaters and I can accommodate any special instructions you have for meal times/any time food or treats may be out. I've had experience working with special needs dogs including blind or deaf dogs, dogs with medical issues affecting their balance, dogs with diabetes and I would be more than happy to speak with owners who have pets that may have these or other needs. I can work pretty much whatever hours owners may be needing. I work to maintain an environment that's as similar to the pet's home as when their owner is there. I stay on the schedule that the pet's are used to so that there's not a drastic change in their day to day. I've worked with many anxious dogs (and some cats) in the past so I will typically let the pets come to me in their own time, so that they don't feel as overwhelmed having a new person in their home. I've found that just going about activities that dogs are used to seeing their owners do (like making their breakfast/dinner) and ignoring them, gives them time to acclimate to a new person. From there, I just make sure to give them attention and let them know I'm a safe person for them to be around so that won't be skittish when they see me again.

“Christina‘s passion for dogs is evident when you first meet her. Her house is set up to accommodate the dogs. She has a kitty pool for them to play in their backyard. She takes them on walks twice a day and is very loving towards the dogs. She effectively communicated the entire time we were out of town sending pictures and updates. I would very much consider using her again.”
“Tema was a great host. Very accepting of a last minute request and easy to work with. She sent many pictures and accommodated my being slightly late. Our dog Lucy had a great time and was returned to us very tired. Tema also was very informative about Lucy throughout her stay including how much she was eating and how she was settling in. “Wonderful experience! We were nervous to leave our young dog while going out of town on short notice. We hadn’t had her very long and she is shy around strangers; on top of that she started her first heat and had her spay delayed. Needless to say, I was so nervous about having to be separated from her. Hannah and her family did a wonderful job watching our dog while we were out of town. We got pictures and updates several times a day. On our meet and greet, we got to check out the huge backyard and Hannah took special care to learn my dog’s routine, favorite toys, etc. Hannah even gave her a little bath when her fur got matted so that she would be more comfortable. When we went to pick her up, our dog felt so at home that she acted like she lived there! We give an A+ and will book again!”
