“We found Kara and her husband, Will, when our usual Rover sitter was not going to be able to sit Eli during our trip out of the country. Being that we would be gone for 2 weeks, we were a little nervous leaving Eli with somebody he hadn't stayed with before but soon after dropping off Eli our worries went away. Kara sent us an immediate update saying Eli and her dogs were already having a great time playing together. A week before Eli's stay, Hurricane Harvey came through the area and Kara kept us updated as they were out of town during the storm and had to postpone her return. We received pictures and videos of Eli during his stay which really put us at ease. We knew Eli was having a great time and it seemed like Kara and Will enjoyed having Eli. We'll definitely consider using Kara and Will again whenever we need a sitter for Eli!”

Piyaon took great care of our dog, Soleil. She was always available when we wanted to touch base. She provides prompt communication, including daily updates on Soleil's well-being and several photos. She is very attentive and courteous. Her family was also helping to care. Piyaon's place is in a quiet neighborhood with well-maintained sidewalks ideal for walking dogs. Also, the backyard of her house seems to have provided a sanctuary for Soleil. Akiko, my wife, and I are 100% happy with our experience. I am sure Soleil, too, had a great time.
We had a wonderful experience with Gabriela! She was incredibly caring, responsible, and attentive to Ollie’s needs. She followed all of the instructions I provided, kept me updated throughout his stay, and was very accommodating with both pickup and drop-off times. It was clear that Ollie was well cared for and had a great time playing with his friend. Knowing he was in such good hands gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I truly appreciated her communication, flexibility, and genuine love for dogs. Nala is always happy to go there and enjoys being around the other dogs, since she is very friendly and social. We had a wonderful experience during a test day. Our dog Mila is very afraid of thunderstorms, so Stephen and Karen were incredibly patient and accommodating when the storm started. It meant a lot to us knowing she was in such a kind and thoughtful hands. We truly appreciate the extra attention and would absolutely trust them with Mila again ❤️
Sonia is an excellent Rover!! I am so glad we found her. She sent so many great pictures and took excellent care of our dog. He required medicine at specific times and she was on top of it - I never had to ask if she gave it, she always sent a text to let me know which gave me great peace of mind. She was really considerate of his age and capabilities, and was such an awesome communicator. We will absolutely be booking again! Highly, highly recommend!!
We were looking for a place where our dogs would feel welcome, without all of the stringent restrictions most people have. Our dogs are used to hanging around and cuddling, so we chose Patricia. She immediately made us all feel welcome, and helped us feel at ease. Her home is set up to take care of dogs. In the end, our dogs had a wonderful time. We will definitely be using Patricia again in the future.
