When my chihuahua refused his regular medication, Genesis offered to come outside of our booked time to try again and went above and beyond at her next visit to make sure he got his dose, trying to put it in different foods and treats until he finally successfully took it. She took great pictures of our babies and gave us detailed updates and was so compassionate even when my chihuahua was reactive towards her. She's also very professional, kept the dog areas clean and organized, and her experience and efficiency really showed in their care. We're so grateful and happy that we had such a positive experience our first time using Rover, and we'll definitely be booking with Genesis again.
