Boarding and check-in anytime, walks are preferred in the early morning or sunset when it’s cooler however i don’t mind breaking a sweat in this Texas heat! I do not provide boarding however i am open to any special requirements your pet may need from scheduled medication to changing bedding if any accidents happen. I can vary the lengths of my walks depending on your dogs activity levels or drive to certain locations that they prefer! Truly open to anything, very adaptable.

About: I have taken care of my own dog and 3 cats for multiple years. I pet sat for my friend's pets and my mom’s boss’s cats. I don’t just take care of the animals but I love to try to bond with them. I am calm and know the signs of pets for their emotions besides the basic ones most people know. I go to high school so I can usually take longer care of your pets after school (2:35). If mornings are needed, I can only do as late as 7:30 am. I can do any time on weekends and over summer. I stay in the guest spaces of the household that I am allowed in (living room, kitchen, backyard, etc). I play with the pets to make sure they’re not emotionally neglected. I make sure they’re fed and medications are taken care of. I stay for the amount of time an owner would like me to stay or however long it takes to make sure their pet is properly taken care of.

Genesis is a fantastic sitter! She had to watch 4 different animals including my reactive/aggressive elderly chihuahua in very brief sessions (30min 1/day) and I'm so impressed with the level of care and consideration she gave our pets. When my chihuahua refused his regular medication, Genesis offered to come outside of our booked time to try again and went above and beyond at her next visit to make sure he got his dose, trying to put it in different foods and treats until he finally successfully took it. She took great pictures of our babies and gave us detailed updates and was so compassionate even when my chihuahua was reactive towards her. She's also very professional, kept the dog areas clean and organized, and her experience and efficiency really showed in their care. We're so grateful and happy that we had such a positive experience our first time using Rover, and we'll definitely be booking with Genesis again.
