Nurturing animals young and old, big or small, has been a part of my daily routine for over a decade since I lost my long-time companion to cancer. I have sheltered at least 10 animals in my home, often with more than one at the same time. 3 of those animals, Opie the beagle, Cosmo the tabby, and Stella the terrier-mix became beloved family members. Together we maintain a playful, welcoming home for any kind of furry friend to hang out! I am well-knowledged in reading an animal's behavior and adapting the environment to their liking. Tending to animals is a challenge I welcome and providing peace of mind for their owners as they go about their day is the best reward! I believe in working with you to provide the care your pet deserves :)

Leah took wonderful care of our dog, Nutmeg, while we were away for 10 days. She gave us complete peace of mind by providing daily updates with photos, which made it so reassuring to see how well Nutmeg was doing. Leah carefully followed all of the instructions we left and treated both Nutmeg and our home with great care and respect. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Nutmeg’s well-being, and we came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and a house that was just as we left it. We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter and would absolutely book Leah again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and reliable to care for their pets.
Leah was amazing- our first time ever booking her was for a 2 week overnight house sit with our two dogs. She did so well even though they can be some crazy pups. Very communicative, friendly, and cordial and left our home in clean condition! We will book her again 100%!
