I wake up early and have a lenient work schedule. There always seems to be a dog in my lap or around me wherever I go. I enjoy walks around the neighborhood and bring them with me. At night, I spray lavender essential oil and use white noise sleep sounds for the dogs and myself before bed. They're usually snoring before I fall asleep.

I have a fenced yard and go outside with them while they potty. I will walk with my clients through the home and ask if they see anything that may be harmful for their dog if they were to get into it (i.e. cords,...). I don't leave small plastic toys out that could get eaten by mistake. I carry childrens Benydryl as well in case of any allergy attacks (have never needed to use it - knock on wood). If a dog is possessive over food I feed them in separate rooms.

Information Lindsey R. would like to know about your pet
I like to know the preferred pet animal hospital in case of emergencies, their routines at home, and if they have allergies. Also, if they have preferred sleeping arrangements, ways to be fed, and their favorite stuffed animals/ toys. We have lots of love for animals and would be honored to watch your babies while you are away!
A typical day
My younger dog LOVES playing soccer and playing catch. If it's nice outside we'll play there, but we play inside too while I'm cleaning the house. I like walking them outside in the evenings. While I'm working in the office they sit in a chair beside me, sit on my lap, or stand on my desk. They like to bark at all the cars, people, and squirrels out the window.

I had cats, dogs, fish, and hamsters since I was little. My kids and I had an albino lobster, turtles, hamsters, rabbits, chickens, and roosters. Currently we have 2 dogs, a hamster, and a fish. My routine is walking in the morning and evening when coolest. I let the dogs out throughout the daytime as needed. I have a fully fenced backyard with a view of the golf course at Meadowbrook Farms. We have shade and a covered back patio. Between my two daughters and myself, the animals are free to sleep wherever they like. They'll always have attention and snuggles.

Lindsey handled the tough task of giving our elderly cat her medicine! ... along with all the other tasks of food, water, litter, treats and playing chase with a laser pointer! Thank you for caring for them and giving us peace of mind while we were away!
