Lets go for a walk!+ Care🐾

Hello there, my name is Raylynn, and I am a full-time student. I have some free time occasionally to take a walk! or a drop-in checkup for your fur child! My love for animals came at a young age, inspired by my family's farm. I've always had animals growing up and volunteered at animal hospitals, so I am familiar with signs to look out for if a dog or cat isn't feeling well. My baby boy Koda, the only dog in the house, is always eager to meet new friends. He has been trained in obedience and is very respectful of all forms of play. We can't wait to meet you and hear your story!

Raylynn is an absolute gem. She went above and beyond every time she was with our boys, and made sure there were plenty of pictures for us to enjoy while away. Every animal, not just the one she was tasked with, felt love and appreciation no matter how small. 11/10, couldn’t be happier.

Raylynn did an absolutely wonderful job caring for our two pups, Chase and Stella on short notice. She was attentive, reliable, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. We felt completely at ease knowing our dogs were in such caring hands. Chase and Stella were happy, well cared for, and loved while we were away. We are so grateful for Raylynn and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care! 🐾💛

Raylynn is the best! She’s friendly, reliable, professional and most importantly the dogs love her. We’re so lucky she was available. The best experience I’ve had with Rover, she did an exceptional job.

Calendar and availability

Schedule

I'm currently working at home and have weekends free, so I have plenty of time on the weekends to give care to your pup or cat!

Where your pet will stay

Home characteristics

Lives in an apartment
Does not have a yard
Non-smoking household
Has 1 dog
No children present
Dogs not allowed on bed
Dogs not allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 2-4 hours

Safety, trust & environment

I have a fenced patio that gets plenty of shade, but I will be with them when on the patio. And of course, they will have full use of the living room with plenty of toys and cozy blankets. I have an extra set of toys, bowls, blankets, create, and beds, so don't worry! (Unless they have a preferred bed or blanket.)

Pets

A typical day

A typical dog walk would be based on your pup's energy level! I always bring water, doggy waste bags, and goodies to ensure a positive encounter. I understand that each dog's temperament is unique; some prefer to sniff and take things easy, but others have a lot of energy and excitement, which can lead to a longer walk. Drop-in visits: Who are they for? What's the diffrence from a walk and a visit? Dogs, cats, or other "exotic animals" (like fish, bearded dragons, or chinchillas)who aren't high energy or in need of a walk, just company or care visits Drop-in visits are considered but not limited to allowing pets out for potty breaks/cage or litter cleaning and overall health checks, keeping the environment/home clean, and ensuring that no accidents occur while the pet parent is away. There will be plenty of cuddles and pets, as well as a more personalized visit to assure safety and comfort. During a visit, I prefer to ensure that food and water, as well as any medications, are prepared and that the perimeters are clear and clean before departing.
