She is extremely professional and goes to great lengths to make sure our dog is comfortable. She contacts us to ensure she has our blessing for any care or activity outside of what was discussed. Ex. If she has a particular treat for her pups, she’ll makes sure it’s ok with us before giving one to our dog. She sends photos and is a great communicator.
