“Wow or wow!!! What a great first experience with boarding an animal. I went to a few meet and greets. Then we met Kathryn and that was "all she wrote." Loved her energy from the first moment. I was super-impressed with everything she presented and I quickly noticed she didn't have a lot of decorations or stuff lying in wait to be chewed/destroyed. Pixie loved her immediately like she was the favorite aunt or something. My daughter whispered to me "I really like this lady." Kathryn is a very active lady with a kind smile and loving personality. She loves animals. Of course, I sent a (likely unnecessary) 2 page letter of her schedule and specifics. lol While Pixie was with Kathryn, I didn't worry because she sent regular updates along with lots of pictures. Pixie got to experience so much neat stuff. Pictures with Santa, pretty Christmas lights, night walks, morning coffee walks (pup cups included), new friends, park time, family time and a nice cozy warm bed.
