“Chelsea and Amy were awesome ! They provided daily photos and updates and I could tell Maximus enjoyed himself. There was plenty of yard space for them to run around and she had a kiddie pool for them to play and cool off in. Will definitely board Maximus with them again next time we go out of town.”

“Ashley is such a great dog sitter! You can tell how much she really loves dogs and is in tune with their behavior. She took such good care of my shy pups (walks, playtime, treats, puzzles, etc…) and sent super frequent pictures and updates. I was so comfortable that my dogs were in great hands while I was traveling, and she even gave me some wonderful tips and tricks for training my dogs at home when I was quizzing her about all the fantastic training she does with her own dogs! I will 100% be using her again in the future.”

“Caitlin’s home was a wonderful place for our dog, Hazel, to stay while we were away! She has an amazing backyard and the home feels very safe and loving for dogs. Caitlin was accommodating of our schedule for dropoff and pickups and sent periodic updates and pictures of our senior pup that put our minds at ease. We feel lucky to have found such a great dogsitter in the area!”

“From the day I met these folks I felt like my dogs where comfortable there. After spending a few days with them I could see it on their faces in the pictures they where in there second home! They looked totally happy so much so I was afraid they wouldn’t want to come home…lol Their home is very open and pet friendly. They only have one dog off their own so they have lots of time to love on others. The house rules are similar to my home, sofa is ok to be on but not the bedroom bed. They have no small children around and someone is frequently at home. It’s just perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone”

Atiana was amazing with Chip! She was very attentive, caring, and kept me updated with great communication throughout the entire stay. I always felt like Chip was in good hands, and it gave me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy pet sitter. Thank you, Atiana, for taking such great care of Chip!

Debbie is the best. It has been a while since we traveled and I was feeling guilty about dropping off my dog. But once my dog saw Debbie at the door, she pulled as hard as she could to get to her friend. She remembered her and was so happy to be there. I left without feeling any guilt at all because I knew my dog was getting a vacation!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
