“Kacie was amazing with my dog Daphne! She went above and beyond and gave me daily updates with pictures and videos. Daphne can be high energy and she fit in so well with her family and had the best time! I initially needed to board her for about a week and then our plans changed towards the end of Daphnes stay. Kacie had no problem keeping her longer! This was the first time I used Rover and Daphne is a farm dog so I was weary on the whole process. Kacie made it so easy for me, communicated the whole time, and I know her and her family made Daphne feel like one of their own pets! I felt so assured knowing my Daph was in good hands.
