“Great dog sitter! She kept me updated daily, sent lots of pictures, and took very good care of my dogs. I really appreciated the communication and felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Here’s a polished review you could use: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience with leon. They took amazing care of my dog and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. My dog was happy, well cared for, and clearly comfortable with them. What really stood out was how accommodating they were when I needed an extra day at the last minute—they were flexible and handled everything with ease. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and genuine love they showed for my pet. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”

“Angela and Jorge were wonderful! We are always hesitant to be away from Maverick because we care for him so much. They sent us plenty pictures and videos of him throughout his stay which really kept us at ease. They truly loved Maverick like he was their own. We highly recommend them!”

“Angelo has become my first choice for a sitter for my boys. I don't worry about them at all when they stay with him. He is fantastic at staying in touch and I feel like he takes his responsibility seriously while enjoying the time he spends with his charges. Thank you, Angelo!!!”

“We had to take an unexpected trip, and when I first contacted Susan, she responded right away and accommodated our schedule. She sent daily updates with photos, and it was wonderful to see how quickly our shy dog warmed up to her new environment—Susan truly made her feel comfortable and at ease. Our return flight was delayed, but Susan reassured us that it was no problem, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend her.”

“Really great care for our pup Chloe! She is definitely a high energy dog and they managed her amazingly! She even need some medical attention due to an injury right before her stay and Sean and Alexis were able to make sure everything was good! They went above and beyond and I am so happy we chose them to care for her.”

“Rover newbie here. Had an awesome first time experience. Lori was great and her 3 wiener dogs were adorable too. I think Pandak misses them ?. Appreciate the picture she sent during his stay. Highly recommended”

“Emily graciously watched my dog with short notice. I enjoyed the detailed updates with photos/video. She did a great job with food and medication instructions. Drop off and pickup were easy and fast. Her home is calm with lots of space for an active pup. Recommend and will book again.”

“Hector is very engaging and communicates very well regarding my pet!! He is very caring and does very well with my pet and I wouldn’t want anybody else to watch her. His animals are very well behaved and very friendly as well.”

“It is truly a blessing to find a family who becomes an extension of your family. My job takes me on the road a bit and sometimes for weeks at a time and I always feel peace being able to send my Fraggles to their extended family where they get the same amount of love and cuddles!”

“Zee took care of my pup during a quick trip amd as always she kept me informed on Chunky's daily routine. Chunky loves them and their private backyard for his sudden zoomies 🤪😁”

“My baby girl Melrose has gotten more anxious when being boarded. Last year’s vacation was cut short because she wouldn’t eat or drink. My Vet suggested a pet sitter. I found Rover and saw Christy and just her picture put me at ease. She treated Mel as if she was her own. She kept us updated everyday with pictures and fun text messages. For Steve and I Christy is now family. I wish o could add more stars because I can’t say enough great things about Christy and her loving home. By the way her own dog Loki is a total sweetheart. You can’t put a price on piece of mind but if one is worried about prices it’s very comparable to boarding facilities.”

“Theo was in great hands. His family treated him like part of the family. He even got to sleep with the youngest daughter and I’m sure he loved that. I’ll definitely be booking again, if they will have him. They sent photos and answered all my questions when asked. Definitely recommend them.”

“Paola did such a great job caring for our Golden, Winston! From the moment he met her at the meet and greet, he loved her, and her son greeted Winston with hugs, which my doggie loves. I truly appreciated the photos she sent throughout Winston’s stay and how she proactively kept us informed about how he was doing at different points during the day. I could tell he was so happy, relaxed and loved. I’m looking forward to bringing him back to her warm, caring home soon!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Friendswood
An excellent experience for the second time in a row! Leaving Frida with Mr Leon and his family gives me complete peace of mind. They take care of her with incredible love and dedication. They are always in touch and send me photos to show me what a great time she's having. Frida adores them, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to leave her with them again. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my frida! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Very kind with us and our pup. She made sure he was as comfortable as possible in her home. My dog is a shy dog at first and because of this, she was willing to do a meet n greet before his first stay! Ariella is very kind and friendly and really listens to the pet parents about what their specific animal needs. With my dog, he wears shoes outside because his paws burn and get scratched easily and she heard our concerns about it and followed through with putting his shoes on. She sent daily updated and asked before she did anything with him, including meeting her own animals. I definitely recommend Ariella for your pet’s care!

Justo was super flexible with his schedule, to take our last minute booking and make changes to the drop off time when needed. We received plenty of videos and pictures of our Great Pyrenees during his time there. Really appreciated the responsive communications too!

With this being my first time using Rover I’m not going to lie, I was nervous to leave my girl Rose with a stranger for a whole week. Erika was amazing! Very reliable, sent me pictures and videos daily, took my Rose on walks and even went the extra mile to keep her calm and gave her extra attention during a bad storm. I will definitely use her again for future pet care. Thank you again ❤️🥰

Heather and her family were incredibly kind, friendly and took great care of Luna. Their house was beautiful, very clean, organized, and had a very nice size backyard for a high energy dog like Luna (Husky mix). Thank you for being so accommodating and caring for Luna. We greatly appreciate and highly recommend.

Edward was amazing, our dog loved him and didn’t want to leave! We had just adopted our dog and were nervous about leaving him so soon but we could not have found a better place for him to go. Edward clearly loves dogs and his own are very sweet and extremely well trained. He made sure all the dogs got along before keeping our dog and we could tell our dog would be treated as part of the family during his stay. From the start, he was very responsive, professional, and friendly. He sent us updates and pictures throughout the stay. We will definitely be using Edward every time we need to board our dog from now on!
