Very kind with us and our pup. She made sure he was as comfortable as possible in her home. My dog is a shy dog at first and because of this, she was willing to do a meet n greet before his first stay! Ariella is very kind and friendly and really listens to the pet parents about what their specific animal needs. With my dog, he wears shoes outside because his paws burn and get scratched easily and she heard our concerns about it and followed through with putting his shoes on. She sent daily updated and asked before she did anything with him, including meeting her own animals. I definitely recommend Ariella for your pet’s care!
Justo was super flexible with his schedule, to take our last minute booking and make changes to the drop off time when needed. We received plenty of videos and pictures of our Great Pyrenees during his time there. Really appreciated the responsive communications too!

Edward was amazing, our dog loved him and didn’t want to leave! We had just adopted our dog and were nervous about leaving him so soon but we could not have found a better place for him to go. Edward clearly loves dogs and his own are very sweet and extremely well trained. He made sure all the dogs got along before keeping our dog and we could tell our dog would be treated as part of the family during his stay. From the start, he was very responsive, professional, and friendly. He sent us updates and pictures throughout the stay.
