“This was out first time to leave our Mochi under someone’s care , of course separation anxiety was there , even my dog felt it a few days before we left , we did not know where to get a sitter, a boarding home, Johnny W took our request that was a short notice , Mochi had never been to a place where she saw goats , horses , chickens ( you see them freely before she gets to the dogs quarters ), Johnny met us and Mochi was quick to get attached with him. Daily updates and pictures was shared with us , we are so happy that she is in good hands and Mochi smiling and jumping . The anxiety I had slowly paced away seeing our baby girl taken cared of , picking her up was quick too as long as you communicate with them. In 2 wks we are out of state again , will surely rebook .”

She was more than happy to keep our dog another day and just made me feel so comfortable knowing our puppy Sebastian (4 months old and 40 lbs) was so happy playing with her super friendly dog. When I picked him up she had him ready, clean, and fed.. Which is so nice when your a dog owner... She even made him treats! I'm so happy with her services, very professional... Very kind with us and our pup. She made sure he was as comfortable as possible in her home. My dog is a shy dog at first and because of this, she was willing to do a meet n greet before his first stay! Ariella is very kind and friendly and really listens to the pet parents about what their specific animal needs. With my dog, he wears shoes outside because his paws burn and get scratched easily and she heard our concerns about it and followed through with putting his shoes on. She sent daily updated and asked before she did anything with him, including meeting her own animals. I definitely recommend Ariella for your pet’s care!
Justo was super flexible with his schedule, to take our last minute booking and make changes to the drop off time when needed. We received plenty of videos and pictures of our Great Pyrenees during his time there. Really appreciated the responsive communications too!
With this being my first time using Rover I’m not going to lie, I was nervous to leave my girl Rose with a stranger for a whole week. Erika was amazing! Edward was amazing, our dog loved him and didn’t want to leave! We had just adopted our dog and were nervous about leaving him so soon but we could not have found a better place for him to go. Edward clearly loves dogs and his own are very sweet and extremely well trained. He made sure all the dogs got along before keeping our dog and we could tell our dog would be treated as part of the family during his stay. From the start, he was very responsive, professional, and friendly. He sent us updates and pictures throughout the stay. We will definitely be using Edward every time we need to board our dog from now on!
