“This was our first time leaving our two dogs with a Rover sitter while we were on vacation, and I felt such peace with Alyssa watching them. She visited our home twice a day and stayed for around 30 minutes/visit with our dogs. Our dogs can be particular and bark a lot, but Alyssa was kindhearted, professional, and great with communication. She even came by our house before we left on our trip to introduce herself to our dogs to make sure they and I felt comfortable. She took lots of pictures and gave the sweetest little pupdates. When we got back home after a few days, it was clear they had been well taken care of and had gotten plenty of love while we were gone. We will definitely be looking for Alyssa again next time we need a sitter for our dogs!”

She was gentle and not at all overbearing toward our cats, both during our original visit and during the booking. Norma spent a full 30min with each drop-in, and left the house key for us on the last visit. Unfortunately one of our cats passed away right before the booking, but Norma was very sympathetic and was able to adjust the booking details without any issue. About: I think what sets me apart is how much I genuinely care. I had my own dog for 9 years and he was like my child, so I know how hard it is to trust someone else with your pet. I treat every animal like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m really patient, which helps with puppies still learning or older dogs that need a little extra care and a slower pace. I pay attention to their behavior and stick closely to whatever routine is required, and I’ll keep you updated so you don’t have to worry. I’m a nursing student and my schedule is pretty light this semester, so I have a good amount of free time. Taking care of pets fits in really easily with my routine and honestly gives me a nice break from studying. I enjoy it and it helps me stay active, so it works out really well for me. I had my dog for about 9 years and I treated him like my child. I treat every pet like I treated him, with a lot of love and attention. I keep up with their normal routine, make sure they’re fed, exercised, and comfortable, and give them lots of affection. I also fully respect your home and will keep you updated. I care for pets the same way I’d want someone to care for mine.

About: I have grown up with animals my whole life and have such a deep love for them. I have had dogs, guinea pigs, and cats of all ages, so I am very experienced in different species. I am here for all your pets needs and am willing to be a helping hand! I am currently a student online for the summer, so I have free time for your pets needs! I am mainly available afternoon and weekends, but can make time during the weekdays! I am able to play, feed, or simply keep them company while your pets stay comfortable in their own space. I am respectful of your home, very clean & organized, and will send updates through out, to ensure you peace of mind of how your pet is doing. No matter the animal, I will treat and care for them like my own.

About: I know I'm not you and can't possibly love your pet as much as you do, but I'd certainly love to help care for your pet. I have cared for pets since I was young and love caring for and spending time with pets of all breeds and sizes. I would love to have your pet or pets stay with me and feel a part of the family when you are away and need someone to look after them. They will be fed, walked, and played with, and hopefully made to not feel so lonely or miss their owner while y'all are apart. I would just as happily love to drop-in on your pet(s) to help care for them and show them some love. As for walks, its great exercise for both your beloved pet and me. I would enjoy getting to spend some time with your dog(s) getting some fresh air walking around your neighborhood. I have a very flexible at home part-time job, so I'm available to spend plenty of time walking, playing, or caring for your fur baby as desired. My home: I have a fenced in yard and a fur baby that can keep your fur baby company if they were to stay with me. I also have the ability to crate them or keep them separated in different rooms if desired or needed whether related to temperament, comfort, or any other reason... About: I've casually babysat dogs and cats for family and friends for over 30 years. We joined Rover in 2016. Met some lifelong friends and pets throughout this process. We offer our services to the Friendswood community and surrounding areas. We're Texas raised girls with a good southern hospitality attitude and big hearts for all animals. I work from home and my daughter is home with me during the day to help care for Millie and friends. My work is very flexible. I usually work Sun - Thur from 7am - 3:30pm. We have a reliable fenced in yard to protect pets from getting out. If needed, we can easily crate your pet inside. Please note: we do have a swimming pool but are with pets at all time while playing out back. We provide plenty of walks in our pet friendly - gated neighborhood.
