She was very communicative and I could tell had our 2 dogs best interest in mind. One of our dogs has Cushing disease which makes her very nervous, but she felt comfortable around Abigail the quickest I’ve ever seen! About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs multiple times for friends and family, I’ve even taken care of lost dogs and helped find their owners During the week I try to do walks or check-ins on pets in the League City/Clear Lake areas but on weekends I’m more flexible for house sitting and drop-ins! My weekend schedule is mostly flexible to address any pet needs! And it you’d like me to do some extra to make your pet comfortable (dog parks, playtime) I can help with that!

About: I have worked with many rescues for the past 15 years. Reliable, trustworthy, and treat all animals as if they are my own. I believe they are family and not just pets. I have spent 15 years working with dogs, and horses. I love animals and believe that they are family. I spend most of my day working with dogs and horses. I believe that interaction is important for the pets health and well-being. Owners being away can be stressful for your pet. It is important to make them feel secure. About: I raised my dog from when I was 10 until recently when she passed away 💔. I am not ready for a pup of my own yet and wanted to put that love towards someone that needs it. I have one cat in the house that is very curious about making new friends but does stay separated until everyone is comfy cozy with eachother! About: Hello! I absolutely love animals and it would be a privilege to help take care of yours. I started walking dogs when I was in junior high to raise money for charities. I would pet sit for friends in college who had dogs, new kittens, and elderly pets as well. I have a wide range of pet caring experience, can adapt to whatever your pet needs, and I am home often as a 4th year med student. I am home often as a 4th year medical student. Sometimes my schedule can still be chaotic so I communicate frequently and appreciate your patience! I have a spacious apartment, outdoor space, a couple of balconies, and pet-safe furniture that all makes for a great pet-sitting environment. Kyle has been our go-to pet caregiver for many years. Our current dog and cat adore him, as did our many previous pets throughout the years. He has a very calming influence on them and he is even able to bathe them and groom their nails easily. For extra $, he does an outstanding job of sanitizing the automated cat litter box as well! We’ve even had Kyle house sit many times and meet and manage contractors and workers at the house. He and his fiance also did an exceptional job of organizing cabinets and drawers, as well as whole rooms, as we were working through some major home renovations. You will not be disappointed if you hire Kyle for pet care or anything else you need done in your home!
It was my first time away from my girls and using rover. Emma did an amazing job keeping me updated and sending me pictures of them. My girls get anxious sometimes but Emma was great with them giving them love and treats. I would highly recommend her and will be using her again for any trips that come up!
Sarah was proactive in taking care of my two girls’ litter boxes and sent cute pictures of them during her stops! Communication was great as I always like when people feel comfortable to ask questions when they’re unsure about anything. The cats both seemed happy when I got home, so I definitely think they appreciated her company!
Kayla was amazing to work with. She dropped in daily to take care of our two cats while we were on vacation. She fed, cleaned litter box, and played with them for a bit and provided us with updates and great pics/videos. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
